The delivery people were awesome (treadmill). Whatever the tracking is that XPO uses for the automatic text updates, sucks. We received a call from the driver a half hour before arrival, as expected. However - prior to that, and an hour and fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time, I received a text from XPO saying the driver would arrive in a half hour. So, I rearranged my morning to accommodate that, not wanting to be in the shower when they arrived. When the time came and went, I wasnt worried about it, since our window was 9-1 and it was only 8:15. The point is - the DRIVER did a WAY better job of informing us as to the delivery, than their automated text messages. They should skip that automated texting stuff and let the driver handle it.

Five-star service! Friendly, fast, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They even offered to help me move my old mattress into the room I was planning to use it in. They were here and gone within 10 minutes and the service made my day.I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The delivery guys were great. They were delayed by about 30 minutes due to a car accident that blocked traffic for several blocks. They were patient and apologetic when they arrived. They worked great as a team and delivered and installed my refrigerator in about 10min total.

After a rough start the second CSR was able to resolve all the issues and delivered as promised. Just shows its not what you work with but who.

They delivered and installed my new Samsung Washer and dryer set and removed my old set. They was courteous, efficient and respectful. They had all the old stuff removed and all the new installed in less than an hour even though I live in a second floor apartment! Very happy with the service!

Worst customer service ever. And the delivery drivers are sloppy. They showed up to my house (in December 2020) with only 1 person to deliver a 300 pound piece of equipment. Not wearing a mask and wanted me to come out and help him, and then he wanted to leave it on the driveway. When I declined delivery, I was not opening my door for him, they did not call me back to reschedule with a proper crew to deliver. I had to call the store and xpo back and after several hours was given a delivery date. They did not show up!

Two men came to deliver 7 items purchased from Home Depot. I only wanted three of the items and I refused service for the other 4 pieces - that is what Homedepot.com told me to do. 2 men showed up for the delivery and one was very rude to me. He was angry I was refusing the 4 pieces. The other man diffused the situation and was very respectful. He called his boss before anything was done and his boss told him that it was ok to only deliver the 3 items. Here we are a week later and XPO is saying all items were delivered and right now I am liable for over $3300 because no one can figure this out. I sent an email to XPO when the guys left (the morning of delivery) letting them them knoW that I refused the items - in turn i received a standard email blah blah blah someone will be in touch. No one ever contacted me. This is the worst service ever and I am having to jump through hoops trying to get this resolved. I feel like I am getting a run around. I have sent emails to even the CEO of Home Depot complaining about this. Lets hope this helps get this resolved.

XPO showed up promptly on delivery day, with a 30 minute call ahead. They moved our old washer and had the new one installed within 20 minutes. Awesome service.UPDATE: 2nd delivery was scheduled for 29JUN. The delivery was not made on that date and customer service was not able to contact the local delivery hub to find out when my item would be delivered. I was told to wait until the local delivery hub called me and was told my delivery was rescheduled to 03JUL without my permission.

Two gentlemen delivered my bike today. Good communication and delivered easily.

They delivered, set up, and left in 15 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and courteous.

The delivery was a bit later in the day than expected but, under the circumstances with it being a week before Christmas and they were extremely busy, that was definitely understandable. They called and let us know the delivery would be about an hour late. The delivery men were professional, courteous, set the mattress where we wanted it, took the box, plastic covering and old mattress with them. We couldn’t ask for better service.

While Amazon and the cross country transport were seriously problematic, XPOs part of my delivery went above and beyond, which is greatly appreciated.

Ordered a peloton... it was being delivered through xpo... xpo had to reschedule me 3 times. once on the day I took off work 2 hours AFTER my delivery window had expired.. everytime they called to reschedule they came up with some lie as to why my bike wouldnt be able to be delivered that day and they were extremely rude. the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guys that eventually did deliver my bike were extremely nice and courteous.
