The owners are very friendly and capable people. Every time I visit the store, I am greeted with a smile and service is excellent. I have used their faxing, mailing and shipping services. I highly recommend this establishment for all your needs. They also sell wonderful greeting cards!!!!

The owners of this shop (Andy and Diane) are wonderful people to work with for all my shipping needs. In fact, I routinely drive from Mt. Washington to get my packages shipped through them. They are very honest and transparent when it comes to shipping times, packaging concerns, charges, etc. Would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them for their shipping needs.

The simple question, “Is it right or left down Bardstown road?” A mere 10th of a second response, was met with an uninterested facial expression and “one moment.” I asked for a point direction, and the store keep looked a different direction as to ignore me. The response is indicative of their viewpoint of others. He knew I wasn’t spending money there, better to assist someone that is potentially spending money with you, I guess. With the response and his attitude about the situation, I won’t be surprised if they close soon. Was already empty and overstocked.

Excellent location in Fern Creek, close to several shops and stores and restaurants next to Kroger and gas Stations. Right off the main road and easy access to the area. Reasonable price items. Plenty of parking. Nice and clean area. Employees are nice and friendly and helpful.

Went in to drop off packages for USPS. I hade about 15 to drop off. Employee said they do not take groups of post office packages but would take a few. HUGE inconvenience and waste of my time to make a visit. Will not be back.
