Was told I was required to wear a mask to enter by an employee who had a mask only covering her mouth not her nose, really? I dont mind being asked to wear one as long as the staff is also complying. Maybe she missed the how to wear a mask properly class. As far as dropping my package off the young man who helped me was excellent.

Had a package being sent to me that required a signature. I waited inside while watching notifications. Next thing I know I get a notification that says attempted delivery however I HEARD NO KNOCK AT MY DOOR!!!! Ive been specifically waiting for this very important work related package and the driver wants to LIE apparently maybe so not as to get off the truck and walk, who knows??? Absolutely disgusting and low class behavior!!

I just walked out on my front porch when I saw FED EX pull up ( June 16-2022). I waved at the driver as he came off truck. He did not wave nor smile when he looked at me. I said Hello and thank you so much. He said nothing nor smiled or made any sound. He was extremely lacking in any type of professionalism or common human kindness. It bothered me. I am a nice person. He didnt even hand me my package. I was on my porch. He said nothing. He walked up and set it on the ground 10 feet in front of me. I get it. He is afraid of Covid But yet he wears no mask? I said Thank you and Have a nice day. He said nothing. Fed EX needs to train their young drivers to be courteous. Just saying Hi to a customer goes a long way. St Matthews location. Customer service is everything. The UPS driver is very kind.

FedEx performance record is terrible for us. If zero stars was an option, Id give them zero stars. Multiple times we have paid extra to ship overnight with guaranteed delivery by 4:30 the next day. It simply does not happen. I can understand a hiccup once in a while but its the majority of the time with this company. From now on I will request UPS or even USPS. Id rather pay more and have more dependable service.

Amazing service late hours open till 9:30pm on the Friday i went shipped at 8:16pm. A lil on the higher side price wise..but get the task done type of place. Clean knowledgeable safe environment definitely recommend this location

Had an issue with a DG shipment that was dropped off at this location for shipment to VA, and after dealing with the maze that is the 1-800 call center, I was able to speak with employees at this local ship center. They went above and beyond to help get me squared away. I greatly appreciate the help that Janette and her team were able to provide. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Parcel has been in Louisville KY(destination)for 3 days and yet to be delivered. The order was shipped in 2 parcels 1 by UPS and it arrived at my home 3 days ago. I tracked the FEDEX order and for the past 2 days it was scheduled to be delivered but never came, now no delivery date at allCalled FedEx 2 times the first customer service staff did not seem to care, the 2nd customer service staff was very good but could not do anything except apologize

Terrible company. They falsify scans when they dont deliver and then when you try to get their customer service, its actually an automated anti contact system, that refuses to get you to a live person. You have to just keep saying live person over and over until the system doesnt know how to respond, but dont waste your time. theyll do one of 2 things, say o my, let me escalate this, some one will call you within 2 hours, then you never hear from them again or they say Im going to put you on hold while I look it up and there you stay on hold. Id give no stars if I could. Terrible company

I own a small business in Newberg ( Bishop Ln ) Fri 28, 2020 we had a Pick up fully loaded with air and ground packages of parts we manufacture .It started to rain so Fed X ship center is 2 min from the shopWe arrived and the lady that met us at the counter let us back our truck in the bay to unload and have our packages shipped we needed labels etc the parts were boxed up and ready to shipOne female walked up to our truck and stated it’s too many boxes to ship we don’t have enough man power ! I had one employee with me and they had 3 at my truck ! We only had 20 boxes on a pallet ! She further advised go to another Fed x location they may help ? We advised we will go to UPS and she agreed ! Frustrated in the Rain went back tarpaulin our boxes and went to UPS on Outer LoopA totally different experience the staff assisted us in unloading and all the shipping this was a extremely expensive to ship weather Fed x or UPS but from this experience at UPS is my business partner! UPS is in Louisville bummed Fex x was put out by packages ! In a crazy world now save a trip and go to UPS !

DO not ROCK this location for anything but a drop off or possibly a rerouted pickup... NO HELP AT ALL FOR SHIPPING SOMETHING.

Yesterday, I had to ship a package. it was closer to the end of the day, I went to the store on the Produce Rd and I asked politely if they can help me to print a label to ship a package. (I do not have a printer at home.) The sale person handed me a piece of paper with an address of a different store that are in a different part of the town. We are not printing labels here! she said. I was disappointed. It is a small thing, but made a huge difference. Driving to another store, losing another 40 minutes... disappointing experience .Can something be done in this department? UPS is doing it for a long time. I just assumed that it might be possible in the Fedex stores as well.

Cant even get my address right after two tries and a phone call. I dont live anywhere complicated. How can you mess this up TWO DAYS IN A ROW. No effort. Dont use FedEx. Use Amazon or UPS or literally anywhere else.

I just went to pick up a package. I didn’t have a mask on and was told I couldn’t be serviced. I totally understand that and I should have known better. I happened to find one in my backpack. The woman working the front desk, older and with glasses, couldn’t have been more rude. I’m sorry if I’m inconveniencing you by coming to your place of service and asking for you to do the only thing you do which is managing packages. Not that we have many other options for package delivery but...is being polite that much to ask? I hope her day gets better and whatever has caused her to be the way she is gets resolution.

Was waiting for a very important package to be delivered on 30th may, Saturday before 4:30 PM. Signature was required. I was available and awake all the afternoon time. But did not get the package.Later saw on tracking site that they attempted delivery on 3:55pm. I believe they knocked too softly. Not sure why they do that. Fedex folks generally knock hard.Now I have to drive for 30 mins to get the package and come back.

The ladies in this shipping center are ***SUPER SHEROES***!!! They moved heaven and earth for me at 8 PM...with their system down! They have magic, I tell ya! I just couldnt find their wands. 🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏻‍♀️🧚‍♀️

Had a delivery coming in and Im assuming the delivery driver didnt knock very hard because my door carries sound. Needless to say, I have to drive 25 minutes away to pick up a package now because the driver barely knocked and FedExs delivery system for notifications suck compared to everyone else. UPS lets you know literally 2 stops and 1 stop prior to your drop off. Update your tracking, its 2019 and youre barely relevant anymore.

I have got a package from India and they knocked the door very slow. I missed it at home and they left a door tag. I reached to the place and they gave me real quick. The next when I got the package I left a note at my door to knock the door very loud. They did it and I got my package from India in 3 days. It’s really great. Good job fedex!! The delivery person once again has no clue what a signed door tag is for. I have left them on a few occasions in the past, only to have them not leave the package at the front door, as they were clearly instructed.So I end up driving to the hub in the evening hours, after the incompetent driver once again brings the undelivered package back.

Was very upset as the delivery driver that showed up didnt knock just left note on door. I called twice both times even though I was upset about the driver I have to say they treated me very nice and Im not sure but Im pretty certain a manager actually brought the package to my home as he was in a van and looked professional was super nice. I know I probably got on their nerves with calling but have to say Im very pleased great customer service thank you guys great job.

Wouldnt give a single star if it was an option, I SWEAR! Ordered shoes from Nike and Adidas. Paid extra for 2 day shipping on the nikes, fedex called me the morning of the day they were suppose to be delivered asking if i put the correct address. I confirmed it, and they even described where my house was and asked for the color of it. Said they would let the driver know. Package never showed up. Called the next day and they said they didnt know why it wasn’t delivered, but they would send it out with the evening delivery and i should expect it between 3-8. My Adidas package showed up, as it was suppose to, but Nike STILL didn’t. I contacted Nike, they refunded the two day shipping charge, and said Fedex claimed they had the incorrect address. I confirmed again they did indeed have the CORRECT address and they had even called and confirmed it already. Then called Fedex and they said once again they didnt know why it wasnt delivered and that they will ship it back out MONDAY (called this time on Sat). So now it’s Monday and did I get a package? NOPE. And now they are saying I can pick it up at the Hub (at least an hour away from me!!!) or it will be returned to the sender!!! If i wanted to go pick it up I would have drove to the fricken store, which is closer!! I don’t understand why they can deliver one package but this one I have been waiting five days now for. Ridiculous!!! UPS can deliver packages to my house JUST FINE.

These people work so hard and are focused on pleasing the customer as well as first time right principals.There is a lady named Mary who went above and beyond for me and all the others I observed he waiting on. She even had some very unruly and idiotic customers to get out of line over something trivial, and she handled them like a pro. Very imoressive.

Worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. Charged me $100 to ship a hood that wieghed 70 lbs, then billed me for $500 saying it wieghed 200lbs. Took me over a week and multiple examples of why the hood didn’t weigh 200lbs in order to drop the bill. When you call customer Service they are basically trained to NOT be able to help you in any way shape or form. Just to apologize for being a garbage company.

Horrible service (half star). Lacking customer service. I had a bar code authorized return shipment and they did not help me with my small box. The vendor said you can drop it off at these centers, but they said no OR didnt know how to handle.I went to office Depot down the street and they immediately helped me and I mentioned to them, the FedEx location down the street didnt help me. The guy who helped me saidYeah, alot of the customers end up here and I dont know why they cant process and send prepaid label/barcode items? They always send folks here last minute.... But they helped without complaining.....very nice agents at office Depot. Maybe they should train the FedEx folks Down the street!

Apparently my apartment (where I live when Im not working) is a business and that means that while Im working a job like a normal person, that means it is fair game to hold my package hostage. No wonder UPS is the go-to.

No Zero Star option, Fedex is TERRIBLE! Nothing but delays and untrue excuses. They drop packages off at wrong addresses and are constantly late on promise times.

The lady at the pick up center went above and beyond for me to locate my package and found it just arriving from the delivery truck. She was descrete when others were in the area not revealing that it was a new phone but could tell she knew I was anxious to find it.
