Armstrong Relocation did a fantastic job for us! Jim Ewing did an online quote and answered all our questions about our move from Kentucky to Georgia. Allison Eakins, our coordinator, was helpful as well. We did our own packing and they provided plenty of free boxes, packing materials and tape. Our driver, Jason Breckenridge, was outstanding! He communicated with us before the the move and also the delivery, and was right on time at both places. His crews were polite, pleasant and respectful of our items and took care when loading and unloading everything. We would definitely use them again.

Armstrong relocation did a great job on our move from Ohio to Texas. They were very accommodating and were always there when we needed something or had a question we needed answered. Paula was very easy to work with. They helped us move during the busiest time of year and got us all squared away.

They were very very Competent in every area of the process. They were also referred to me by a friend that has high standards. The only part that I did not really enjoy was the virtual inventory before the move however Jim did a great job and was very patient with me. I would absolutely recommend them and or will use them again!

We have used Armstrongs services for a corporate move in the past with great service, so we recently used them again for a personal move. It was a bit complex, with three pickup locations and two dropoff locations. But everything went flawlessly. Jim Ewing, our sales manager, was always available and extremely patient and great to work with. The company even provided us with free boxes and wrapping paper since we chose to pack ourselves. Both the pickup and delivery crews were fantastic - professional and personable. But our driver, Daryl, was absolutely amazing to work with, and we are truly appreciative of his easy-going manner, professionalism, and great communication. Hopefully we dont have to move again any time soon, but if we do, we will definitely go with Armstrong.

On time, professional and runs a tight ship taking care of business and our things. He has a great sense of humor and calm about him which in times of moves and stress, is such an asset. The crew that he used out of Houston were a God send, so professional in the packing and loading. We had a great experience w/ Armstrong, from start to finish. The virtual quote was simple w/ Lanai being very responsive & helpful. Then moving day was a breeze w/ Josh & Dave. They were efficient, professional, quick & careful. We were able to move on the date we needed & were unpacked with the help of Donnie & Terry. They didn’t just throw things in the house but we’re very mindful of where they put the boxes. Overall, it was a great experience & we would highly recommend them for moving & storage.

Armstrong Relocation is simply the best! If youre looking for professionals, these are your guys! Their organization, coordination, communication and care is beyond reproach. I recently relocated for work to a new state and dreaded the move, until Armstrong Relocation showed up at my door. I knew instantly that I had nothing to worry about. This move couldnt have been more seamless, professionally organized, orchestrated and executed. They have this down to a science, they are a fine-tuned machine! They packed and moved my entire home in a day and a half. This was a big moved from a 4 bedroom home that included a piano, special framed pieces, book cases, over-sized furniture, a good amount of glass and furnishings and the usual heavy pieces (i.e. treadmill, grills, outside furniture, etc.). Every item was handled with the utmost care - even those that werent so deserving of their care! I cannot say enough about my experience with Armstrong Relocation. I am very particular and give them 5 stars all day long!!!This is the first review I have ever taken the time to give to any company.

Great experience. Our movers were so friendly and helpful throughout the move. They were very polite and accommodating. Only comment would be that maybe they could use a bit less packaging; so much to dispose of after the move and not super environmentally friendly.

As a military family of 20 years and eight moves (six overseas) I have dealt with many movers. Armstrong did an outstanding job. The crew was professional, yet personable. They unpacked, assembled and placed items with great care. I appreciate how they cleaned up afterwards, removing all packing materials, paper and cardboard. Highly recommended.

My household goods were packed an loaded in Colorado, stored in Louisville, and delivered here in Louisville as well.Let me start by saying the delivery driver and unload crew were outstanding. They are the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Very professional, respectful, and mindful that they were delivering our entire life. This is all we have worked hard for and the crew respected and acknowledged that.However, the warehouse crew should be ashamed of themselves. I have multiple items that were damaged due to the way they were loaded in the vaults at the warehouse. I was there to open and unload every vault on the trucks. I know it was not the unload crew.Heavy garage item were stacked on glassware and fragile items. work out equipment was thrown in on top of furniture.They broke the followingoffice deskkids dresserwifes dresserbaby changing tableair compressorkids play kitchenfile cabinetliving room lampwifes bicyclesaw table handlesdining room chairsdamaged much more.ripped grill cover, scratched motorcycle paint, scratched almost every piece of furniture we have.We also found that there was no organization to how vaults were loaded.day 1 items were delivered but unusable because they were not complete. table with no legs. beds with no hardware. We declined the unpack service as we have 2 small children and wanted to avoid having a mess in every room. We ended up having to open and inspect every box to find all the pieces of each room.If you use a service like this, I strongly recommend pictures before items are loaded. pictures during packing, and most importantly give yourself the time to be a part of the unload. be there to open all vaults. have a camera and clipboard with you to document. Unload happens very quickly.

Military assigned Armstrong Relocations for our PCS. We have nothing but good things to say. Packers on the day were respectful and efficient. We got our household goods within a week. We only had one thing damaged which was a cheap bookshelf that got chipped - no big deal. Good communication throughout.

Horrible experience with this company during a military move. Driver showed up late. Truck was half full of another families stuff that our loaders (local subcontractors) spent 2 hours reloading before they could start loading our stuff, our poor subcontracted loaders worked until midnight. The 2 loads were separated by rachet straps. The driver was in a front end collision with our shipment which we were notified of in June, we were not able to receive our items until September at which time we received items that were crated on arrival at our destination, we received half a crate of someone else stuff we are missing some boxes. Our big furniture sustained significant damage during the collision and this company had denied any liability for any significant damage despite military moves being insured at full replacement value per contract and the known collision. This company has been a nightmare to work with for over 6 months with no end in sight.

I wish I could recommend Armstrong Relocation Louisville. The woman I worked with over the phone was extremely helpful and on top of all the requests I sent her. Every interaction I had with her was excellent and she went above and beyond to support me during my move. Unfortunately, the people who packed up my belongings did a very poor job. They broke my Kitchenaid Mixer and packed it on top of shoes which should not have heavy objects on them. They also packed heavy products on top of some nice hats I owned which damaged and warped them. I had a few additional belongings damaged and broken on top of that. The company was willing to reimburse me for the damages, but if the reimbursement exceeded a certain dollar amount they required an inspection (which is understandable). What was frustrating about that was that they were going to have to schedule the inspection during work hours, which made doing an inspection not possible for me. I had to personally eat some of the cost of the damages because I could not take off any more time from work.

Fantastic service throughout the process. Paula helped schedule things and even assisted us in a last-minute change. She was great. The packers, loaders, and unloaders were all so friendly and respectful. Our stuff arrived safely and in-tact. We would go through United again.

Armstrong moved us from KY to Minnesota in July of 2018. They might do okay if it is a corporate or military move, but as a self-pay move we felt we were treated very poorly. After the initial sales pitch and promises, they were horrible about communication. We did not choose the cheapest estimate, but the one we thought would make for a smooth move. We were very disappointed in their customer service! Our household sat in a container and baked for 10 days without getting put on their schedule and they could not give us a delivery date (when we were told they would provide that information once our household was picked up), and we always had to initiate any contact in an attempt to get updates. We believe we continually got shuffled to the bottom of the pile because they knew we were leaving the area and would not generate return business. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE for a self-pay move of over $12,000!
