When you actually need a shipment moved, they arent bad to work with. But let me tell you, as soon as you reach out to them for your first quote or first load to be moved, THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE AGAIN. We, at the company I work for, have asked them MULTIPLE times to stop cold calling us because we get these calls practically daily.Just now, we received our THIRD CALL OF THE DAY, and all it is is a different person almost every single time, asking if you need any help with freight and giving theirWe are at a point where we just want to block their number because the number of calls we receive are way past the level of harassment at this point.

On the 03/11/2020 we got to the pick up to get loaded tires.Estimated Weight was 42000 pound, we got loaded over 45000 pounds and it was loaded incorrectly.We contacted TQL about the overweight at the first scale open, and we where waiting over 24 hours for a help what to do with the overweight.We decided to drive to the delivery with over 45000 pounds on the truck to make delivery for the customer.We got late due to TQL kept us waiting over 24 hours for an answer.At the end we got Charged for Moss Towing $428.00 wich TQL saying that we got our load restacked, but nobody actually touched the load, and nobody from our company got to know anything about the Moss Towing,nobody confirmed that, nobody from TQL said anything to us about it the Moss Towing.Brokers name is Robert Calbert.Claims representative is Mandi Neftzer.We got charged $728.00 for risking and making the delivery with the overweight.This is how TQL treat carrier companies.PO 14038471Havent recieved any call yet about it.

Stay away from them they change the address for pick up and delivery to fake the mileage when you book the load then You find out it’s over 50 miles more

Book a load with Andrew Byess at 7am and i was waiting till 8am to get the drivers instructions and his boss Bob Ross called me and cancel me the load. I ask for tonu and they dont want to pay for it. They was holding my truck for more then a hour for nothing. I will never use this broker again! Try to avoid them.

Would get 5 stars if they didnt call my drivers before 7 am PST for location updates.

Spam calls all the time. Ive asked it to stop, but it continues. Not a reputable company.
