This company is the worst trucking company ever. They don’t care about their drivers at all. Under paid and over worked. They mess up payroll just about every week and it’s exhausting. Will never recommend Rush to anyone!

Because this business does not have a union, its workers do not receive benefits that they deserve. Whenever Ford is shut down, workers are out of work (usually unpaid if you dont use vacation days). If the trailer is missing or left behind, Rush will take money out of your next paycheck.Rumor has it that the owners of Rush Trucking threatened to close operations if their workers formed a union. This is illegal.
