Horrible horrible service! I ordered a peloton bike and had a similar experience to the person below. Was told it would arrive on Monday the 17th and that I needed to be here to sign for it and set up etc. took the day off work and no call no bike. Contacted peloton who spoke to a manager who said they only delivery to my area on mondays so I would have to wait another week. So here we are today got a call saying it would arrive between 11-2. I left work and have been sitting at home waiting on it again and still no bike. I have now lost two days of work and it is still not here and next Monday I will have the same problem. I am going to cancel my order due to this shipping company costing me too much money. I am out over $600 of pay and have nothing to show for it. Also I had to leave the ICU nurses even more short handed than they were two mondays in a row. Terrible service !!!!!! I will never order through any company that ships XPO that is a deal breaker for me. Terrible company do not trust them and do not I repeat do not take off work for any delivery through them! They will not come when they say they will and you will be out multiple days of pay. Worst service ever! Peloton should be ashamed to be associated with them because I will now never be a Peloton customer. And I planned on ordering the Tread next. Glad I didn’t I can’t deal with XPO again!

This is a review of the Louisville, KY XPO.I ordered an exercise bike through Nordictrack and they used XPO for the white glove delivery service. Bike arrived at XPO on 1/16, I was told they couldnt deliver it to me until 1/31. On 1/28 XPO called and said they could deliver it on 1/29 and that I would get a call later that evening with a time frame. No call came, so the next day I called requesting a time frame. I was told I would get a call back. After several calls it was determined that the bike was never loaded on the truck that morning so they would have to push delivery to the next day 1/30. Was again told I would get a call later with a time frame. Again, no call. I once again called the next day for a delivery time frame, and was told they would give my number to the driver and he would call with a time frame. Again, no call. I called again, and was finally told they were two stops away. Which isnt helpful because the delivery truck was originally coming from an hour away. I was finally given a window of 10am - 3pm at 9:56am. No word by 3pm, so I called XPO only to be told the shipment had been pulled from the schedule and I would have to reschedule again and the next available is now Saturday, February 1st! I tried speaking to a manager who was completely unhelpful and rude, so I called Nordictrac and they were kind enough to contact XPO and ensure the Saturday delivery. I got a 10am-3pm delivery time, was contacted when the driver was 5 minutes away at 12:10pm. On a bright note the delivery drivers were very nice and courteous. They got the bike set up and put together in about an hour.
