This was a decent Lowes. I had a great experience here with the employees. I asked for help from a few employees and they were more than happy to guide me in the right direction. The store did have a lot of extra stock and boxes in the aisles, so getting through the aisles were tough. I was able to find what I needed and get right out of the store.

I just came here to say that this store has the best associates you could find, the best customer service in town.TC is outstanding, he is very patience, polite and he will get you exactly what you need. Other than the price of building materials!!! Typical Lowe’s. Has most everything you would expect. Seemed to be well stocked. Found a killer deal on a tool I’ve been wanting. Also had a new waterproof durarock product.

Great Store For WomenNeed Nails, Screws, and items help fix things around house, try Lowes. They arent expensive. I buy paint, chose my color, they mix, they are always very helpful. Dont leave without going thru plant department. Quick get in and out.Plus feel like u need to be safer on street, they sale Mace, Safety Protection Spray. Very inexpensive

Recently purchased a washer, the staff was very helpful. The washer was in stock, so we set the delivery for September 1. Delivery day turned from excitement to, why havent they called yet.. I had to call them and found out delivery was changed to September 10. The only explanation I got was it was, out of stock. I called three times and each I was transferred to appliances, I was disconnected. I will be going to the store, to see about getting some answers. I am not a happy camper.

No one would help me but ms. Lisa and Ms. Pat in checkout. I tried to ask the key cutter for help he didnt even acknowledge me but ms. Lisa and Ms. Pat are very helpful and sweet. I really only every shop at this Lowes. The staff are always helpful. I went this time because I needed a dishwasher that day. Nathan had helped me in the past with multiple purchases and he did not disappoint this time either. Told him my price range and the fact I needed it in hand today. 10min later I was checking out and he loaded in my vehicle. I appreciate the service people who listen to exactly what your needs are and act on the facts. Thank you Nathan for everything! You are why I have bought all my appliances from this Lowes.

Seriously considering just cutting up my Lowes card and never going back there again this is the second time and 3 months that I have ordered something from them and the day comes and it either doesnt get delivered and they dont notify you, or they deliver one of three boxes and you try to explain to their third party delivery service which they were silly for getting rid of their own people doing deliveries because they have nothing but problems with everything now. But anyway I tried to explain the box said three of three that means there is a one of three a two of three and a three of three and their delivery guy says you only ordered a quantity of one I proceeded to let the man know yes he is right but the quantity of one that I ordered obviously comes in three boxes cannot believe that the people they have delivering their merchandise cannot figure out something as simple as that. UNBELIEVABLE! LOWES YOURE ABOUT TO LOSE MY BUSINESS NOT THAT YOU CARE OBVIOUSLY!

Just a tad busy for a Tuesday. Lots of people doing outdoor improvements! Found what we were looking for quickly. Also found some heirloom seeds to plant quickly and will see if they grow. Noticed Lowes had new cashiers this time. They werent familiar with the lawn and garden products. Check out took a while. They should catch on fast with so many people shopping right now. Glad to see jobs being filled.

Employees were very helpful with finding items I was looking for, which is good because as far as I can tell, the Lowes app no longer lets you locate items in store. You can only add them to your cart for curbside pickup. Seems like stores are moving away from find it yourself, which is good as long as associates are available. Much to my surprise, they were today!

Do not purchase expensive items from this store and ask for delivery. They will double dip and sell those items and hope that a shipment arrives in time. When that doesn’t happen they will leave you on the hook, having charged your credit card and w/ no item and expected delivery date.

Very busy however didnt take me long to check out

My favorite Lowes in the Ville. Staff is more than helpful and friendly regarding any questions or concerns you may have and any issues you may have with their products are handled accordingly if for some reason you must return them to the stores. Special shout out to John, the manager in receiving. Good dude and helped me solve an issue I was having when it seemed I couldnt find help with my dilemma from anyone or anywhere else. Guy deserves a promotion and a raise for sure.

The young employee who helped me did his best, & was friendly, despite the garden section not being his department.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and organized. I wish I knew her name.i believe shes one of the outdoor managers. Anytime Ive had questions about a plant or a garden issue she is right on it. So friendly. It doesnt matter how busy the garden center is she takes time to explain things to you. I go there everyday for supplies needed for flipping houses they always have what I need and staff is great

Do not work here if you expect them to be understanding about loss. My boyfriend had to call out for 2 days over the weekend because his 15 year old dog was having seizures and had to be put down. When he showed up for work today he was let go despite showing them the papers from the vet.

Got in, got what I needed and got out quickly, great!

I had some difficulty locating items in the store. They appear to be rearranging the layout and the Lowes app was not updated with the new location information. I was able to locate an employee and he helped me locate the final item I was shopping for.

I love Lowes. Bought some tomato plants and a peperomia. Omgoodness! They are beautiful. We stopped at a plant stand on side of the road and the prices were outrageous. You never have that problem at Lowes. The prices were at least half the price at Lowes and there were many more plants to choose from. All the workers were easy to talk to and they new what they were talking about. A truly wonderful experience.

I tried to return some damaged batteries but was not able to do so because it was past the 90 day return policy.I bought the batteries when I was in the store buying another item I needed right away and purchased the batteries to have on hand since I’d just used the last AAA batteries the previous day.I didn’t open the batteries until I needed them and when I did they were covered in a white powdery substance. I wrote an email to Loews and have never had a reply.Definitely not good customer service.

It was good, they had what I needed, it was kind of an emergency and everything worked out in the end.

Poor lousy service. Bought a tree, workers refused to open the gate so I could check out in the outdoor area. They made me load the tree on a flat cart wheel it all the way around the front of the store and inside to check out. All because they are so paranoid of shoplifting that they keep the gates locked in the middle of the day during the busiest shopping hours. Just shows how well they value satisfaction and convenience for their customers. Stick to Home Depot.

This particular location seem in disarray. Lots of product sitting in isles. The plumbing parts I was after were all mixed and made a 5 minute run turned into twenty. Not one of the 5 employees that passed by asked if I needed help. The other two Lowes I frequent are nothing like this.

Staff is great. Thanks to them I found what I needed easily. Also, they have a particularly good selection of plants.

Had a refrigerator delivered, guys chipped the walls trying to squeeze old refrigerator out of kitchen without removing doors of refrigerator. Tried calling, transferred 4 times and placed on hold until call disconnected

Bought a new washing machine. Tube that goes into hose thats used to drain water out did not fit. They did nothing and offered no solutions. Went to Lowes and was given a small plastic piece and a clamp. It didnt work. If you use a clamp on a hard plastic it doesnt tighten up. Called them and was told this will work. He was demeaning. So called a friend whos an electrical engineer. He came over and said this isnt going to work. He was able to help me. Maybe Lowes should educate their men about their products, not be egotistical and realize some women are smarter than them. Not all the employees I talked to were like this. Some were very nice. Guy in plumbing and the guy in charge of delivery I will never deal with again.

Never had an issue with delivery or in-store services, but pickup here is awful. Ive had to wait over 30 minutes on more than one occasion to get someone to find my item in the back of the store and bring it to me. There must be no organization because one time I had people coming to me every 15 min telling me they were still looking. Today, I used the app to say I was coming. 30 minutes later still no one comes to my car. Went inside to see several other people waiting as well... Yet there was a greeter there. Seems like the person greeting should also be helping find peoples orders... Especially if there is a line.

Terrible customers service. Most employees either don’t know anything about your question or concern, or simply don’t give the effort to try to help you with what you need. Literally left with a full cart of stuff and going to the one out by Norton Commons simply because I don’t stand for the poor customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to Lowes to get some tomato cages. I asked 4 different people and still had to find them myself. Most stores an associate will walk you to the item in question.Next visit we were looking for a new flashlight, same thing happened, asked where the flashlights were and were pointed in a direction.One visit we got new house keys made, the girl that made them was very nice and helpful. I do wish they had more of a selection for size 66 key.The only pictures I took were of 2 different kinds of plants I wanted to return to buy, but didnt.Store is pretty clean. Some of the isles can be hard to navigate in the seasonal section.

Found the perfect yellow mums for my balcony. I cant believe they were only $5.99 when the ones I bought at Kroger were half this size for the same price!!! I just luv Lowes!!!

The only employee properly wearing a mask was the greeter. I saw an male employee not wearing a mask at all. The cashier checking me out acted terribly to everyone in line and took off her mask while I was at the counter.

On black Friday I bought a Christmas tree for my mother because she didnt have one. But her tree had stopped working today 12/19/20. Lowes took care of everything refunded my purchase since they didnt have the black Friday Christmas tree in stock, the manager replaced the Christmas tree anyway with just a bit better Christmas tree to keep customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with this Lowes and would recommend that everyone give them a try. Thank you Lowes

Generally have everything but for a couple months now everything has been in the process of a pretty substantial reorganization. I dont love that, but shout out to Andrew from hardware (I think) who helped me with my printing press project! He and several others have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall good customer service when I go in to the store but I had a really bad experience today with curbside pickup. I had to order something in the morning and get confirmation that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived and called to let him know I was there I had to call back 15 minutes later and they werent aware I hadnt received my order. 5 minutes later they came back out and asked for my confirmation number again and then after another 5 to 10 minutes my order was delivered to the car. I hadnt done curbside pickup before but I was expecting a little bit quicker response and service. The intention was to be able to order this stuff so I didnt have to bring my kids in the store. There was an ideal to keep my kids in the car for 20 to 30 minutes as we waited for my order to be brought out

If you like a store that has no shopping carts, a filthy parking lot and long checkout lines, this Lowes is for you. Employees are surly and know little about products. Management is non existent. The worst Lowes store Ive ever visited.

Always go here because it is the closest hardware store to me. Honestly can be hit or miss depending on how busy it is. Cashiers and customer service are great, but trying to get help in the building materials section is often difficult.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The website makes it easy to find what youre looking for. If you search your product online it tells you the exact location. The self check out was wick and easy with no wait at all.

Needed help, asked the young lady found just what I was looking for.

VERY helpful and courteous employees throughout the store and especially in the Garden Center.

Notified our order was ready. Ordered snow shovels early to guarantee we had one before the storm. Drove from Etown to pick up but they didnt have the item at this location (even though available online at this location) so they transferred the order to Bardstown, 45 minutes out of the way, without telling us. No other shovels available at this point in the day so I had no choice but to pick the order up at the other location. All it took was a phone call to let us know.

I mapped out where everything was on their website for THAT store. NOTHING was in the isle it said it would be. 2 isles didnt even have that label. Another 2 isles didnt have the bay listed! Complete waste of time trying to route out a plan because it is chaos in there lately.. Looked like 3/4 of the people were lost and heard 2 customers getting loud with employees because they ignored them. Both employees had the EXACT same response.... I may be going elsewhere from now on..

Best grill ever!!! Love to grill with charcoal and this grill is perfect for it. Hard to find staff sometimes in the store. Other than that is a great place to buy.

Its no Menards, but at least Lowes didnt donate millions of dollars to Donald Trumps campaign(cough, HOME DEPOT,cough). I go here for the emergency repair items if Oscars Hardware is closed for the night.

Have never had a problem at this Lowes. Usually great service, if you can find someone to help you. Thats probably their biggest downfall is not being able to locate people in the aisles when you have questions. But when you do, they are great. Store is very clean.

I tried to purchase a stove online and had difficulty. I had to go into the store to resolve. It is impossible to get a manager to answer the phone or to find a manager in the store. I stood waiting for a long time at customer service and when it was my turn, the clerk walked off without saying anything. After 6 weeks the stove was on the truck to be delivered, but we had to reschedule due to work. Now the stove is no where to be found. Its been 7 weeks and no stove. Cancelled order and going somewhere else with better service.

I have never shopped here before & I walked & walked & could never find anyone to help me in the light aisle. I bought the wrong bulb & had to come back still no one just had to settle w/ a bulb that wasnt that bright. They need more customer service helpers for Women.

Typical Lowes location that usually has the items I am looking for in stock. Do not expect to use curbside pickup though. Waited for over 30 minutes after checking in using the Lowes app and nobody ever brought out my purchase. They also did not notify me they were not coming out. Others were waiting for their orders as well. We were all forced to go inside to get our curbside orders, which was really frustrating.

Wanted to get a board cut but no one anywhere to help.

Went to pick up bagged soil.Everyone was very helpful!

The bathroom was disgusting and clearly a mess. The paper towels werent in their distribution containers and it smelled horrible.
