I have no complaints about remx or rxcrossroads. Their all great people to work with but management with remx need to be more friendlier in their tones to the people they hire. Especially working from home and hearing something different from each person you talk to,theres going to be alot of confusion on multiple thing that need clarification. But overall,Im grateful for the job they provided me with.

Trash company, fired an employee for no reason. Computer just shut off. No answer or anything as to why. Had to call to find out

I worked with Remx until I got hired on by my employer. This is an excellent place to be employed by and they pay weekly! l was hired in by Alexia Harris who is awesome! She took a chance on me when I hadnt worked in a long time and got me in at a schedule I wanted to work. On the job, I worked with Cathy Pickett. She also is totally awesome. She was my point of contact person on the job. She was always there to rally me on, help me get the answers I needed and made my job easy. I wouldnt hesitate to go to them again for my employment needs.

I started at my job as a RemX employee and am now hired on with the best company I could ever work for. I love my job thank you REMx. Terri Sawyer is an awesome lady and always there to help you out. My job is so laid back and flexible. They’re completely understanding and my team I am on is the absolute best ! I’m going to say it again....I Love my job ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I work for Remx, Cathy picket is amazing. She really goes over and beyond for her staff.I Was laid off July 14th without a reason. After working from home 4 months during COVID-19. When others got fired On purpose to stay home and watch kids or help kids with NTI and collect unemployment. They couldn’t even give me a explanation. I would not refer any one here.

No order or organization at all! They also do not pay on time! I wouldnt recommend this company to a dog. They also let a woman go because she had to pick up her sick son throughout the week and had documentation. She did her job well but kept another woman that never came at all. Favoritism is a big thing there. You are just another #. Worst experience ever.

Do not work for this company. Especially as a temp associate for rxcrossroads. My punctuality was exceptional, I maintained a friendly attitude, I was there every day, and worked hard. Three months into my assignment they ended my job because my productivity was low. The quota is almost impossible to meet as a PCC. Thirty an hour was what was expected thats 1 per 2 minutes which if your doing your job correctly and inputing the patients 20 to thirty current medications in, there is no possible way. I was supposed to receive a one one one with my supervisor before I got let go and never received it to improve my quotas. Mind you in my bosses last meeting the same day i was let go with GLENDA she made us aware of the 30 an hr which was never discussed in our huddles. Iwhen Rem x called me to end my assignment it took them 1 WHOLE WEEK to tell me why I was terminated from my assignment and about a week now to tell me if im rehireable. WELL REM X AND RX CROSSROADS I DONT WANT TO BE HIRED AT YOUR PATHETIC COMPANY. TAKE ME OUT THE SYSTEM. Lastly there was a male employee on the team i was on in his 30 days missed approximately 4 days and got hired on. Mond you O missed none. I was not the only one let go alot of employees were dismissed. Go for permanent jobs please. To the owner I dont want your filthy sorry either.

Remx Is by far the worst job agency that I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very poor staff. Very poor communication via email and phone. Both staff and supervisor is rude.
