Having just moved into the area mid January, I sought work pretty much immediately. I sent my resume out and applied to 10 places via Indeed. I was directed to PrideStaff and started work a week and a half ago. They matched my previous experience and the needs of the workplace really well, taking into account my personal needs in regards to hours, commute time, and pay. They have been very responsive, answering any of my questions and concerns and continue to stay in contact ensuring that work has been going well. They understand what is needed in the local area and match your previous experience to your intended place of work. I have yet to hear back from any of those 10 applications so I highly recommend that if you are looking for work to use PrideStaff.

What a great company with wonderful core values, and what brilliant crew they have! I have been working with Ian, and he has been fantastic! So very helpful, attentive and professional. I have worked with some other staffing agencies in the past and noticed that they lack following up on the candidates, not responding to emails, etc. I am truly impressed by Ian’s dedication, how he has been there on every step of the way of my placement with a wonderful employer, and every step thereafter as well. While I am no longer affiliated with PrideStaff, I have worked as a recruiter and as a contract (temporary) employee with them in the past. I was always impressed with the commitment from leadership and the internal team to provide the best employees to quality companies in Louisville. Sometimes, that requires turning away candidates that dont match the criteria needed for a position. But the diligence and work ethic of the internal team- and the employees that ARE selected to represent PrideStaff put this staffing company in a league all their own. Ive worked with several others, and there really is no comparison. I would recommend PrideStaff to any organization. They do what they say they will do, operate with integrity, and are committed to maintaining respectful relationships with the employees that are selected to represent PrideStaff.

Im a professional, owned an insurance agency for years so trust me this PrideStaff is far from taking pride. I was scheduled for a phone interview with PrideStaff, I sat by the phone all afternoon and they didnt call. I followed up with a different rep and he said I was over qualified for that initial position but said there was an insurance position that needed to be filled right away. Again, no follow up from PrideStaff for days so I submitted resume to Company A to get things moving. PrideStaff was perplexed why I had taken the initiative, they still would have gotten paid even though they did very little but then I get notification that Company A had decided not to move forward. STAY AWAY from PrideStaff
