Do not bother with this company. This is the worst place Ive ever dealt with. When I came in for my interview Joseph was very rude. He then sent me to the social security office where I patiently sat for 2 hours, because he said there was something wrong with my social and I wasnt allowed to work. When I finally got assistance they told me there was nothing wrong with my social and it was a mistake on their Remedy Staffings end. I had her call up there and he was rude to her and told her he didnt send me there and to have me come back the next day. I called Remedy as soon as I got out to my car, and asked if I could come back that day and finish up since I lived so far away. Joseph acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He told me I could just text the information to him. So after I sent my message I called back to make sure he received it and if it contained everything he needed. He acted irritated and was difficult to work with. I went home that day very frustrated, but was really looking forward to the opportunity to work for that specific company they had assigned me to. I put my 2 weeks notice in when I was for sure I had a start date. I missed a day of work to make it to my orientation. Then I was suppose to start that next night on 3rd shift. I got there 30 minutes early and waited with a girl I met in orientation. They finally came out to let us know that our assignment ended and they didnt need us. I paid my babysitter $100 to only watch my son for TWO hours. I drove an hour there and back for them to tell me they didnt need me?!?! I never received a call or text saying that I was no longer needed. Nothing. At this point I was out about $150 in gas and paying a sitter, and missed a day of work. I also am completely out of a job since Ive already been replaced with my employer. I expected them to reach out to me today and have yet to hear from them. This company is a total joke.

Fair warning to you single parents out there with no support system: Dont commit if you dont have help. Be careful too. They will give you one schedule that you think fits with being a single parent, but when you realize the schedule is not what you applied for and ask them about it, they will get rude with you and tell you its not their fault. If youre going to send someone somewhere, you need to have more knowledge about the place so you dont get someones hopes up. Am I right?

Just dont work any jobs for them they only give you one chance at it if you dont like it and leave they wont even bother letting you know if theres any other jobs available and wont even look Ive called 4 times in the last yr that Ive not worked for them and the same guy Joseph keeps answering not even giving me a chance to redeem myself and just before Christmas you giys should be shut down

Absolutely terrible. They will string you along for two days just to tell you at the last minute all the positions have been filled and they have nothing for you. They are manipulators. Good thing I called before I went up there for the interview for the job I was promised to start the next day, because if not I would have drove 30 minutes for them to reveal their lie. They didnt even apologize they just said call back next week. Terrible service, terrible business, extremely rude employees.

Worst Staffing place I ever worked.for Im from Texas and never have dealt with a staffing company of this kind. Very unorganized and misleading. I was told that we get paid every Friday every week was not told that my first check will be held for whole nother week. I was only trying 2 hours and expected to know what to do. I told them prior that I had no Warehouse experience. They only gave me 5 days to get the hang of it it was 40 orders per hour. Me and not having any experience I felt like I was misinformed on how many days I was given to get the hang of the job. they do not have enough Packers or Pickers they want us to work like robots. this past Friday there was only four of us Packers. One of the Packers had to leave so I left us with only three. Is it all the receivers and everyone else home early and it seemed like they didnt even ask if we needed help or not. When you can clearly tell that we did and I feel like thats unfair for me being fired through a text message instead of a call as soon as I turn my phone on as Im leaving the job. This company is very unfair. If you only want to have a job for a week I wouldnt advise you to even work here.

Dont work for these people, they mess up doing basic accounting on your checks then swear up and down that you are wrong when you call to question them. Accounting person is very incompetent. They have very low ball jobs that are mainly warehouse, absolutely nothing for someone with a degree of any kind. Dont waste your time!

Terrible. absolute worse. i worked at a warehouse for 3 days.was sent a text sunday afternoon that the place had no more work for me 2 do.then ghosted me when inquired of any other assignments. i call thier office to find out about assignments and pay.tell me 2 come to office.im in the west end thier office in jtown.i go to thier office and was given a paycard but that they had mailed my check.paycard wont activate an check going on the 5th day still not here.now the same lady and the same job is being posted in louisville jobs as temp to hire.sickening company

Applied for a position over the internet, and I got a call about the job shortly afterwards. The lady on the phone told me to bring a copy of my resume and a picture ID. Well when I showed up, there was a crowd of people in the waiting room area. Crying babies, a bunch of hood chicks looking like they just woke up walking with there hair matted to their faces. I go up to the lady sitting at the front desk and I tell her that I have a interview schedule and she told me to sign in and wait til my name is called. After a hour of waiting, a man that was sick to his stomach. Ended up throwing up, big chunks right next to me on the floor. He left the building and nobody came to clean up his mess. I finally got my name called and sat down in front of a woman who clearly had the FLU. Come to find out the position that they was hiring for was an $8.00 warehouse job 2nd shift. I have a Bachelors degree. To make a long story short, two day later, I ended up in the ER with a virus..

Had me come out for an interview and fill out paper work. they took all my information and offered me a job that started a few days later and was told I would be called back with the rest of the information.another guy called me back and told me to come back I got all the way there and was told he made a mistake by calling me he thought I needed a interview and was told I would be called about the job. Well I called and called to make a long story short finally got them to admit there was no job. told my friend and he said the same thing happened to him
