Ends jobs without notice TERRIBLE COMPANY better off using Kelly services
I worked for this business for a short period of time. At first they were as nice as anybody could possibly be. But that was just fake salesman BS. I was in the hospital with my mom and didnt have the number to call in. A representative called me and I tried to explain what was going on. All I got was an OK, thanks and pretty much hung up on. Went to see if they had any opportunities after the new year since my mom actually died in December. I was told very rudely that they couldnt do anything for me because of my previous assignment. Didnt ask for proof or anything. Just plain heartless and I am glad they dont want me to work for them anymore.
Great place to work. Will you give you a lot of great opportunities. The staff inside will do everything possible to make it a great experience for you. They offered me different jobs and helped in my time of need and are very understanding of lives complications. Thanks for everything and hope we can continue to work together in the future
First, I am a HR Manger with over 10 years of experience, and education (BA in Title VII, Civil Rights Act, 1964 and MA in Organizational Development/Union Contracts and Negotiations, and Certified Affirmative Action/Employee Relations Professional) to match. I started as a recruiter so, I understand the importance of helping people find work. I called AHead HR to inquire about HR opportunities, and spoke with a lady (I wont call her out) that seem very nice. We had what I thought was a polite conversation. I informed her that I was relocating to Kentucky, and wanted to get a jump on my job search so that when I moved to Kentucky, I could immediately sette. I have relocated before, and it can be a daunting task, but manageable. At the recruiters request, I sent my resume on June 22, 2020. I waited for a follow-up e-mail, but that never happened. Working as a recruiter can get overwhelming, and I understand that. However, after a week on June 30, 2020, I called asking to speak with the lady ( I wont call her name) and the receptionist said that she was out to lunch. I was somewhat taken aback because when I called it was at 10:34 am! I am like who takes lunch and it still morning? Therefore, I am thinking to myself, here goes the games. Without asking any questions the receptionist says she will be back within an hour. I respond by asking If there was someone else that I could speak with? She transferred me to recruiter #2 ( I wont call that lady out either) and I just hung up because this was going to be a waste of my time with this company. As an HR Manager, this is why I am always visible in my roles and I require my staff to respond to customers within a 24-hours time frame which is fair. As aforementioned, I started as a recruiter and can do that job with my eyes closed. Its so very sad that these people are in their roles.I can only imagine how many good candidates they have lost due to their lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness and lack of integrity. Whenever you are working in Human Resources there is a level of ethics one should have to both internal and external customers. If I were the General Manager and or owner, I would make them dot every I and cross every T. As the manager, I would do follow-up calls MYSELF (Like I have done in many of my management roles) and send surveys to vendor, clients/customers for feedback on employees. ALL of these women at this office would be out of a job. I dont even live in Kentucky, and my heart goes out to the people that have solicited help finding employment with AHead HR, it is not worth your time. There are more reputable services!
Ahead was able to quickly fill our open positions on very short notice. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with, and very helpful with everything. We look forward to working together more in the future.
I have received so many opportunities through ahead. Theresa is wonderful at placing me at job sites that are flexible with my schedule of playing softball and going to school. I have had nothing but great experiences with ahead staffing and would reccomend anyone looking for a job to start here!
Ive known Mrs. Theresa Daniels for almost 15 years through Ahead and she has a always put me on job sites that fit my schedule and was flexible for me to still be able to maintain family time. You dont find kind hearted people like that who only just worry about themselves but care for others and I thank her and her staff members for helping me find employment!
I have worked a few temp jobs with AHEAD to make some extra money on the side and have had a great experience with them. Applying was very simple and Michelle Jessee Vincent was very helpful, friendly and professional.
Teresa is the best she very sweet and easy to talk to. I respect her for her kindness. Great place to work for
My experience with ahead was the best, Ms. Teresa was so kind and down to earth I will highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great job and experience :)
With the kind of places they send people too like that recycling place off of 7th st they should not hold backgrounds against you yet they do. People at the office are nice but the company policy is BS
Bad seriously. They suppose to help you get a job but they look for every reason not to give you a job.
Theresa its just horrible. Just learn how to talk to people! Just dont bother going there. Very prejudice people. Smh!
They Wont call back....nice people... terrible service to go with..they seem to get upset when folks give two weeks notice and wont pay your last check..as im still waiting
They have great employment opportunities and friendly staff.
Did not get paid by payday and did not receive call back when told me they would. Dont know when I will get paid. .
