The absolute rudest people answer the phone the actual recruiters are friendly and professional but the ladies who work the desk are absolutely the most unprofessional people lacking customer service skills j have ever delt with they talk in circles have literally lied to me saying things if they call and ask do you have time to speak and you say no they disregard that instead of allowing you to return their call they threaten to remove you from their availability list one employee will tell you one thing and someone elsewill tell you another l.They raise their voice and interupt and cut you off and refuse to put their supervisor on the phone. Completely unprofessional and worst customer service.

Rude, Slow Paced, Unorganized, and Mistakes.Sadly a 0/5 doesn’t exist so I’ll have to settle for a 1/5. I went here to see my options through an employment agency. So I get there at 9:43 am, and get all the paperwork done by about 10:15 am. When I had first arrived there was only one other client, he had to leave to get something from home. I watched three other walk in clients go in before me. I sat there for until 11:50 am, almost two hours. I just watched them take their appointments, which is understandable, and other walk in clients. I was the second person to be in the building, but I was never serviced seeing as I left due to frustration. I have never been treated the way I was at this establishment. They treated me like I was dumb because I dropped out of college. I dropped out of engineering school with a 4.0 because of my dads declining health. I wanted to find a good paying job before I left to go nuke for the US Navy. By the time I would have been called back to talk to the interviewer I probably would have already finished my 6 years in the Navy. I watched in horror as the lady who filled out my application was basically typing complete gibberish and even put my name in the wrong order so all the papers had to be reprinted.

Ms Shelley got me a nice job and I love it thanks.

After spending 2 hours filling out paperwork and going through the interview process. They failed to tell me I was unable to leave the building upon arrival due to having to take a drug test on-site. They told me I was unable to re-apply to that location and there was nothing they could do after asking the receptionist Do I have enough time to step outside real quick.

Decent place and the office workers are really good ppl. Compliants on here about the ppl who work at the office is rubbish. Spoiled brats not getting their way. Never had problems with anyone from here. Been there over the course of a year with different ppl running the office and it wasnt the hell that has been described by the cry babies on this review. Go work for labor worx then give a review.

Express on Dixie Highway) had my husband go there 3 times and still no job. This morning at 8am he went to the Dixie Highway) Office and the lady told him it will be awhile before he can be seen. But the ladies in the office were just messing around and taking pictures. My question is are they serious about getting these people jobs!!! Why is this location still open!!! Theres other temp or Staffing agencies in Louisville!!!! Express on Dixie NEED TO DO THEIR JOB!! IM COMPLAINING TO THEIR CORP OFFICE!!!

Dont go to this location go to bluegrass. These people are ridiculous, I went for an interview and they wont hire me because ive had 4 seasonal jobs within a year (2-3 month jobs) which lay you off right after you work for them either for peak season or because it is only a short term assignment. The lady interviewing me said their clients wont even talk to me because of that. Ridiculous after i waisted my time and gas money going that far to find a job couldve just told me that over the phone. But they dont care about anything. I dont know who these people think they are but yall are a temp agency not a direct hire place. TEMP AGENCYYYYY. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HIRE TEMPS FOR SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENTS OR TEMP TO HIRE. IF NOT DONT CALL YOURSELVES THAT.... ALSO THEY DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FROM GOOGLE AND THEY ONLY KEEP THE GOOD REVIEWS. THERE WAS ANOTHER GUY WHO COMPLAINED IN HERE ABOUT THEM NOT LETTING HIM WORK FOR THEM BECAUSE HE STEPPED OUTSIDE FOR A MOMENT AFTER TELLING THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK AND HER APPROVING OF IT THEY TOLD HIM HE WASNT ELIGIBLE TO WORK CAUSE HE WALKED OUT ON THEM WHEN THEY WERE DOING HIS DRUG TEST. THEY LIE LIE AND LIE AND PKAY WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF A JOB.

Do not waste your time with these people. dont waste your time money or effort

They will cut hours and mess your check up I dont recommend.
