Great,helped get the part needed and truck back on the road

OVER CHARGING !We sent the Truck with bad brake chamber to shop ( IT WAS NOT ROAD SERVICE) my driver was charged $450.00. We believe there is more honest people out there.

Horrible company brought one of my trucks in to get it fixed and they messed it up more then it was messed up before I droped it off. Took it to kenworth and kw wouldnt even fix it due to the fact that they tampered with the emissions when I didnt ask them to do that. Will never take none of my trucks back to them. O yeah and theres drugs in the work place.

Worked on my rv. Very satisfied. Customer friendly service.

Replaced my original A/C compressor on my big rig with an overpriced imported car compressor. Didnt put my original caps back on the lines, now they are missing. Three months later, $1000s more and back at another service center to get it done right. They may be good at other things, but not A/C repairs.

One of the best service call experiences I have had and with a small older fleet of trucks we have had a few over the years. Not a simple fix but definitely worked through and found the electrical issue unlike most techs out there that have no understanding of electrical. I can not say how impressed I was with them. Wiring issues are very difficult to track down but they kept at it and got my driver going.

All Star gets a a 5 star from me. Terry, Scotty, Brent, Tony an John are awesome mechanics. Im out of Chesapeake, VA an they work on all our trucks. Maryanne is also the best. She works the office an runs an get parts. Shes a sweetheart. They are very knowledgeable an will make sure your truck is right when it leaves.

Had a loss of acceleration in our school bus while passing through Louisville, Ky. These guys got us in immediately, checked all fluids and filters, made a parts run for two fuel filters, replaced them and got us back on the road in an hour! Brent was amazing!! Thank you guys for awesome service.

Scott is a great engine and drive train technician..Terry is very knowledgeable and great at customer service . Brent is also a great technician .

My wife and I broke down on the side of the interstate on the Gene Snyder Pkway. We were a thousand miles from home in our Class A motorhome. John came right away to repair a sliced coolant line from a blowout.We were on the road in no time! Thank you for everything!

6000 dollars, yes you read it right for an oil sensor worst people in this industry.They dig true entire truck an 7 days later they couldnt find a problem.My mechanic solve this problem in 10 min .Avoid this scammers
