Being new to the area, this place was reccomended to me. I met with the manager Chris. He did a great job explaining what or what did not need repaired. The mechanic came out and also talked with me. The whole work time was maybe an hour or so. Car runs great and price was perfect and they threw in some things for free. Great experience.

Chris has amazing customer service and makes sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. He cares about his customers and being safe in the road. I always come here for repairs!

I recently paid $500 to have an F-150 repaired for a state that my wife was in charge of. I was satisfied with the F-150 till then I got a quote after taking my Jeep Laredo up to the shop and give them a day to look over the quote was for $625. 2 Days later I received the phone call from an employee telling me he wanted $1,000 when I asked to be given a itemized list he said he was unable to being very busy and that he would text it to me. Im still in the middle of waiting for them to message me back and let me know why it is more and what has been done. From what I could get while on the phone with him was that a tune-up and repair of one part and attempt to repair the two parts agreed to. So keep your fingers crossed Google I will respond once further communication with them and an outcome to this conclusion has been reached. Hopefully we will find out they stick to the word and fix what was originally agreed to. As always I have my uncle who is ASE certified inspect all aftermarket work so we will get back to you Google and let you know God bless you and keep fingers crossed. Staff is friendly and very informative and i was impressed by the quality of workmanship and professionalism, reasonable prices and best warranty service imo. Purchased warranty for a really good price for peace of mind will post an update as things come up to insure integrity of this review. however, for now they are officially my regular mechanic shop and Id strongly recommend them for your automotive needs.Automax towed my vehicle, ordered parts and negotiated a great deal on my behalf, they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and all I had to do is to hand them the keys. honestly this was the best experience I had with a mechanic shop. it truly is a model for an American small business that knows the nuts and bolts of the automotive industry with high grade customer service.

I took my car to the shop for a brake job and they were able to get the pads on but not the rotors do no big deal. They have awesome morals and great respect and integrity. The manager Sage was willing to replace my pads and install them for free. The reason being is the shop who put my rotors on, damaged the clip. Keep in mind this isn’t sages fault nor responsibility. But because they are a stand up shop he honored his promise. I’d like to thank him directly for a good resolution and just going above and beyond for his customers. Tell your friends and family to come see him at his shop for all work. You will not be disappointed.

I was in desperate need of a new motor for my equinox and was a little stressed about the cost. I called tons of Auto shops and none of which had better reviews, pricing, or service better than Supreme Automotive!They towed my truck for me, and had it fixed and ready to go in no time. I also love how they kept in constant contact, I didnt have to call them for updates. Their communication and customer service was Great!

Chris was able to help with the tow as well as quickly diagnosing and repairing the issue. When I had another issue with the car Chris came out after shop hours to help. Service is amazing and prices reasonable, I will definitely be using supreme again in the future.

The guys over at Supreme Auto really took care of me when I needed them most! I broke down on a road trip and they were able to get me in and out at a fair price and they even give a 10% military discount. I would definitely recommend them for any kind of automotive repairs.

Every since they “fixed” my car I’ve had nothing but problems. My remote start won’t work because they messed up a sensor in the hood. They forgot to put some of the screws in on my bumper. My radiator support is messed up. I can go on and on. The communication is terrible. Don’t even waste your time going to this place.Forgot to mention they put a dent in my car by putting it on the lift. Sent a picture and called the guy, no response.

Well worth the money. Had some shocks & struts replaced. So far so good and didnt take long at all. Would totally recommend them.

I came here after another service center told me I needed $2500 in repairs. I wanted to get a second opinion. Apparently the other place was either trying to rip me off or they didn’t know what they were talking about. Truck broke down on the way to Tennessee on a Saturday morning. I thought I was doomed! They were the only shop open and willing to fix my truck asap. Price was fair and service was prompt and professional!

Didnt even glance at my brakes and rotors cause they are starting to grind. Failed to re install my engine cover, and when I called back they said ( yeah we have it and if you want it you can just swing by and Ill get it on there IF you need me to)? NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE!!

Pulled in after hours with a flat tire and the owner and his team made sure I was taken care of. I recommend that everyone goes to this place if u looking for great service and good people.

I’ve been to numerous auto shops to try and get my car fixed and I was told multiple times my motor was going out It needed to be replaced I ended up taking my car to supreme automotive they had me in and out quicker than expected and walked me through what was really wrong with my car I ended up coming out way cheaper than the other quotes I’ve gotten and it turned out my motor was good after all it ended up being the module for the fuel injectors...they were very honest and ill definitely be back for any of my future problem..awesome job guys

I got great service from Shane and Bryce after experiencing electrical problems on vacation almost 1000 miles from home. They fixed my old van quickly and competently at a very reasonable price. This could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation for me, but it was a breeze! If I lived in Louisville, this would be my go-to repair shop, without question.

I needed to change the wheels of my car and I found this garage by chance. I had excellent shane service and was ready to leave after a few minutes. Now it has become the garage where I do all my repairs. I recommend it highly.
