Called trying to get a box for my TV as Spectrum has scrambled their signal and require a box (understandable, not my issue.) The lady that picked up the phone told me that I had the wrong Spectrum. When I asked if she had a number for the correct one she said no and tersely told me to google it. When I said I had googled it and couldnt figure out which store to call she simply said Sorry and then hung up without even saying goodbye.

I received help today on a pretty unique problem that no other shops in town were willing or able to help with. Computer spectrum works mainly with businesses but they saved me a lot of money fixing my personal gaming and crypto mining machine. Thanks.

The owners have terrible attitudes, yelling, insulting their employees just down right nasty. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.
