Advanced Business Solutions never fails to exceed my expectations. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I am never placed on hold when I need tech help over the phone. They never make us wait long for projects and in an emergency, we become their first priority. When we had a ransom ware breach on January 2, they were at our office, despite it being a holiday, and had us up and running in 24 hours WITHOUT having to pay a ransom to the hacker. Turn over is bad, so they constantly have a stream of new employees who dont know what they are doing. Beware, vast majority of reviews are employees.
