These guys are the best. I had a Arcade1Up Pacmac video game that the screen went out. They had to make several calls to the manufacturer because no one else had the screen. It took a little while but they got the part and fixed it for a very good price. Very satisfied!

Dropped off my Xbox One S here to get repaired after it would turn on for a few seconds then turn off. $30 service fee to get it diagnosed, and a new internal power supply was ordered, but unfortunately did not resolve the issue. Motherboard turned out to be fried. Great service and they kept me up to date on the status of the repair! Great location, very small and perfect for quick repairs at a local place!!

Nick and his team are my go-to guys for help with Mac issues - or assistance with purchasing new equipment. A recent iOS upgrade (that I did at home) led to some problems, but RepairIT was able to get my Macbook Air back up and running quickly and at a very reasonable price.

As a non-computer savvy person, I found I had difficulties with faded colors on my computer screen and with WIFI hookup. Service was within two day and top notch. I had already upgraded my security plan with them over concern for scams and phishing. With that taken care of, I knew i had a new problem. For the extra in home service required, they cleared everything up and at a very reasonable additional charge. Glad to have found them many years ago.

Each time Ive asked for help, I received it promptly. Computer diagnosis was immediately performed remotely. In two cases, the problem was corrected then. Repair IT was great! My hard drive crashed on my desk top and they were able to retrieve all my files. Put a new hard drive in, transferred my files, updated windows and my computer was better than new!! They were super fast! Dropped it of Saturday before closing and Monday morning got a call with diagnoses. Got another call same afternoon it was done. Price was very very reasonable!! I chose them from reviews. Fast, professional, and a lot less expensive than I would have expected. I called yesterday shortly before close. I didnt get an answer, but received a call back less than 5 minutes later. Described my issue and what I wanted. Matt assured me they could handle it, told me it would cost $30, and said they would have an answer in less than 48 hours. I was expecting more like $100, so of course I ran my PC down less than 30 minutes before close. This morning less than an hour after open I received a phone call with my results. Would definitely recommend.

Great, friendly & knowledgeable. The R key for my PC FINALLY came in & t5hey brought it to my attention that it wasnt the same color as mykeyboard. It works great but just not the same color. Also, they give detailed & easy to understand explanations of all of their work & translate PC intoplain English. Im already on their under $ 10 anti virus monitoring & plan. Theyve even helped any out of town guests I have, too.

My laptop suddenly died on me one afternoon and I was not sure what was wrong? I watched several YouTube videos hoping I could find a quick fix but luck was not in my favor. So then I decided would contact the company who I had purchased the Laptop with to see if they could help. Unfortunately after about 20 minutes of trying to explain to the representative what was wrong and a lack of their understanding I ended the conversation and began reviewing local companies that could help me. Repair IT ranked in the top 5 of local business and so I decided to give them a call. I was informed to bring in my Laptop the next day and they would diagnois the problem for free and let me know what my cost would be. A day or two went by and I had not heard back from them. So I called the store and I was informed my laptop was ready for pickup. I guess they were really busy? Overall everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

I dropped my work laptop which contained vital files on it and it wouldn’t startup. I was sure I’d damaged the hard drive. Definitely recommend this company. Laptop had some hard drive issues. Took it to Repair IT within 2 hours of calling them. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue all within a 3-day timeframe. They wouldve had it done sooner but they had to do some extra conversions that took longer and they didnt even charge me for it. I wasnt able to pick it up before they closed but an employee stayed and allowed me to come by 20 minutes after they closed. True professionals here!

Gabe and Nick are amazing. Before coming bringing my Mac to Repair, a box store tech said my computer was as good as dead. I about gave up hope and thought Ill give a smaller repair shop a try. Our experience at Repair-It was great. The cost was more than reasonable and service was very quick. We have tried a couple of computer repair shops and this one has been the best.

I dropped my phone on my closed MacBook which completely broke the screen. I took it to an Apple store and they told me it would be close to $900.00 to replace the screen. I have had this laptop for less than 6 months, so I was completely bummed. I stumbled across Thumbtack looking for a cheaper alternative and found Nick at Repair IT. He quoted me before even walking into the store just by asking for my laptop serial number. He then ordered the new screen, and told me he would let me know when it arrived. This past Monday, I stressed to him that I needed it back no later than Wednesday morning for a business trip (at this point, the new screen has not even arrived yet). He told me that once the part arrived he would need 1 hour to complete the work, so the Wednesday turnaround time should not be a problem. Sure enough, I dropped it off Tuesday around 2:30 and was back to pick it up around 4:00 on Tuesday. I was completely shocked when Nick called to tell me it was ready. I could not be more happy about the price, service, and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend Repair IT to anyone looking for miscellaneous IT repairs and needs.

He completely botched my computer service. I gave him a completely good computer to service. When I got it back, it barely worked. When I called to ask him about it, he hung up on me. So I ended up having to buy a brand new computer. He is a total crook. Also, he changed the name of his company because he was getting scathing reviews. Look up Computers Plus. Same address. Ill bet he posted a lot of the positive reviews for this company.

I didnt have a good experience. All i wanted was for them to tell me if my laptop was fried as a result of water damage and they couldnt even do that. Paid 30 dollars for them to tell me nothing really. Seems like a pretty a basic diagnosis to me. Now Ive wasted my time sending it back to HP. Wont return.

Woke up one morning to discover the computer would do nothing but show a slightly less black than usual screen. I spend large parts of my life at the computer, so not having it was maddening. Called RepairIT and left a message, which was soon answered even though it was long after regular hours. Took the computer to their office as soon as I could and it was fixed in approximately 5 seconds (downloading an updated app from Microsoft had apparently confused the thing). He offered to not bill me, but I paid for a half hour. After all, he had fixed my computer. The work is worth the payment, not how long it takes.

They ran a diagnostic on my computer it was cheap and they found out what my problem was in a day. I would highly recommend them they are honest people.

I wish to give Nick Tisdale and his employees a 5 star rating for the work and help they did for me. I was in the advertising business a long time and it is rare that you get such special service. I am retired and had an old G5 Apple computer I bought back in 2002. This was before Apple changed their system to Intel. My old G5 kept bombing and it was obvious that it was too old to fix. They tried several times and got it working for the moment, but it was a doomed endeavor. So, I went to the Apple Store and bought a brand new iMac. They told me at the Apple Store I would have no problems with my old software programs as long as I had the Time Machine. Wrong. First, I took the new iMac back. Then I took my problem back to RepairIT and told them my problem. My solution was to buy a used, but newer than mine, iMac from them. Then they went to work and used my Time Machine info to copy onto an another older computer, and then onto my new purchase. Dont ask me how they truly did it. I dont have a clue. But, when I picked it up, I had all the programs I needed and a working computer as well. I will be forever grateful for their help.
