Access Voice and Data Solutions has the fastest 24/7 VoIP repair in Louisville, KY. We had our system installed by another company about 8 years ago. Just recently, our phones have been dropping calls, being redirected to the wrong person, and some times no dial tone. We called the company that we originally had put in our system and they said it would be at least a week until they got out here. We called Access and spoke with the owner. He said to give him 1-2 hours and he would have a tech out at our office. 25 Minutes later Dan O’Toole was at our office and had our system up and working in 1-2 hours.
