Bought a car back in April, runs well and we had a great experience there. But I ran into a snag because I got laid off from a job and recently started a new one I work 10 hour days and they expect me to call but last I was told they close at 5 pm and I don’t get out of work until 4:30 sometimes later. The lady that makes the phone calls Brenda gets frustrated easily and starts getting an attitude. Very rude.

Horrible place, cars arent reliable, once something comes up you need to tow your own car, they wont even provide a loaner. Ohh lets not forget about the 24% apr if you have no credit. Honestly bad bad company, youre better off finding someone to co-sign.Got the car in January as soon as I drove it of the lot within 1 week it was giving me AWD issues and in May 1st blown head gasket, now a week after may 11 Im having fuel injectors issues.your better off getting your grandmas car might give you less issues and last longer my opinion on my experience.

This Company And Their In House Financing Company Are The Worst. Waste Of My Money. I’ve Never Mixed A Payment. The Car They Sold Me Had A Bad Engine. And Now They Are Dragging To Get It Fixed. I Am Under Warranty. And Can’t Even Get My Engine Fixed. I Am Stranded In Chicago And They Won’t Let The ByRiders In Illinois Fix My Car. I Asked Why And Was Told Because They Want The Money. I Also (Before Hitting The Road) Ask For The Engine To Be Checked. My Airbag Light In My Car Came On After A Week Of Me Driving. This Is Terrible.

Very courteous and fast and friendly service, but got an oil change about 3 months ago. Today I decided to do it myself and the drain plug was covered in form a gasket. When I got it out it wasnt even a drain plug. Was a regular bolt sealed with form a gasket. What kind of service would do this? Not happy at all.
