They were too extra with trying to tow my car when I was getting roadside assistance through my warranty company. After waiting about 3 hours for them to arrive they were trying to charge me several hundred to get my car back home due to the fact it’s lowered about 3-4 inches, they apparently needed a crane or something 🥴 but I had a different tow service dispatched within an hour and they had no issues whatsoever getting my LoWeReD car on the truck. Maybe some employee education needs to be provided by owners

This place is a joke and the so are the people that run it. They are crooks and only in the business of ripping families off. They are contracted out by local police departments to do their towing for wrecks and they wont give you your belongings back without paying them money. Avoid this place at all cost. They work with the devil.

Hired their service to transport my SnapOn toolbox 4 miles. The office staff could not quote an exact price and the driver was also unsure. When I met him at the destination I was charged $125 for less than 30 minutes. I expressed dissatisfaction to The owner who couldn’t care less and said costs had gone up. That’s $31 a mile. This was such a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and use an honest wrecker service. I had used them once in the past and never expected this. Horrible customer service, as in none.

The worst experience possible! I expect tow companies to be unprofessional because of their high stress levels but this is beyond what’s expected for a tow yard. I called this company for the first experience. The guy was sleep and he said “what’s it matter”. Very unprofessional. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. I called him a second time. He said immediately “we will not be able to be there until 10 am” while not listening to my request. I do NOT recommend this company if you need to get something towed immediately or professionally.

Amazing service. After waiting four hours for a company that was booked for us through Hertz Roadside assurance I called up Tony’s and James was there in 30 minutes. He got our car moved in five minutes and was on his way. We got his card and will call him again the next time we need assistance. Thank you!

I called because one of our properties was looking to tow a semi truck off their property and I reached the owner of Tonys. I asked simply if the towed semi trucks and he said Yes, I then said thank you and I will let the other property manager know. At this point he said oh, you want us to move it off of private property? and I said Yes. He then said I wont get involved in that. I asked Why not and he said it is my business and I can do whatever the hell I want.He was so unprofessional that even if we needed to get a car towed none of our businesses will be calling Tonys and if I am ever asked I will let EVERYONE know how terrible he is!!

I didnt get a tow. I actually needed to turn around in the parking lot. The security guard was on his job!! He promptly ran out and let me know it was private property. Any business with security this great has to be proficient.

On Wednesday, July 31, 2019, I was towing my best friend’s street rod to The National Street Rod Association’s show in Louisville, KY, with my (less than 800 towing miles) Model AECH85x20TE2 Pace Elite enclosed car trailer. Approximately 5 p.m., while traveling west bound on I-71 near exit 22, the front axle came loose from the trailer frame. I was extremely lucky to get the trailer to the side of the interstate without damaging the street rod inside, hurting myself and/or damaging my truck. We called AAA, who sent Bosselman Road assistance. They were no help, but they were smart enough to call Nick Schade owner of Tony’s Wrecker Service, Inc, Louisville, Ky. Nick called me with his arrival time and rescued me and my truck and trailer with this Peterbuilt semi truck roll back. Everything that could go wrong did, but Nick was calm and cool and had a plan B for every obstacle we faced, such as the front axle lodging under the frame below the trailer entrance door! This required another wrecker to be called, to lift the trailer from the back and the axle was finally freed from the trailer. We then loaded my truck and trailer onto his semi roll back and traveled into Louisville to his very nice shop on Collins Lane. Nick was nice enough to store my trailer for several days while Look/Pace Trailers was trying to find a place to have the trailer repaired. He also took pictures underneath the trailer showing the damage caused by the front axle separating from the chassis. When the repair decision was finally made he transported the trailer to the repair facility. I would whole heartily recommend Nick and his staff at Tony’s Wrecker Service, Inc. for any/all of your towing needs. 5 STARS for sure Dave Winkle

Do not use!!!! Took them nearly 2 hrs to hook to my truck, did not really know what he was doing, failed to hook air lines to trailer and almost couldnt stop on the ramp. They also price gouged a part that cost 187.00 had to pay 474.00 for it not a good company at all

Worst service i ever saw... we send a truck to their facility to chance a fuel filters, they had only 1 fuel filter and no water separator, they replaced one filter that cost 20$ and they tried to charge us 350$ to change one filter... DONT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!

Charged me 500$ to fix a fuel line that got ripped out by a ladder, put a zip tie on the old line and didnt fix the leak at all.

I was in a car accident and someone stole several valuable items out of my car. Then they boast that no one goes in the vehicles.
