We relocated from AZ. We purchased a Ford F-150 over the phone and via email. Leo went WAY above and beyond with customer service. He was and still is quick to do what ever is necessary. The truck is beautiful, Leo provided the best customer service in auto sales that I have ever experienced. He even picked us up at the airport on his day off. If you want the best service ever, give him a call.

We went to look at a car for my son. We saw a car and asked about it. He told us about it, but wanted to test drive it. The salesman said we have to do paperwork first. And I asked about the car fax he said he would also get that for me. We’ll time went on with paperwork and I still didn’t test drive it or got car fax. Finally signed paperwork which we shouldn’t have signed. But my son didn’t have the car long and something went wrong with the transmission. They towed the car to a place to fix it. The warranty people talked to my wife and asked if we tested drive the car. My wife told them no. The person from warranty place said that’s not what the car lot said. So whoever takes to the warranty person LIED to them. Now my son hasn’t had his car for 2 months. So I had heard about a lemon law. We have been calling several times with no one answering the phone. If the car don’t get fixed soon than I am going down to the lot to recommend that u give him another car!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service plus my cars has been getting “looked at” for 2 months with no progress I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this place.Update: so they tell me they can’t fix my car cause it has built up sludge from not getting oil changes. I show proof of oil changes 2 weeks ago I called yesterday to get an update on my car they said they were working on my engine and they’d have information for me the next day, something didn’t seem right in his voice so I had my father drive up there to check on my car, do you know they didn’t touch my car and lied about breaking down my engine my car has been with them since June 5th and all they did was look at my engine nothing else. I’m a Ford employee and I would advise anyone from ever stepping foot on this property they’re staff is rude and unprofessional and half the time they don’t know what they are doing.

Absolutely the WORST place to buy a car although Greg Butler was very pleasant but cars Run like FORST GUMP run as fast as you can from the dealership! They gave no consideration when selling these cars ! Weeks after getting a SUV started having problems immediately couldnt get in to the service department so TOWN Country Ford told me to call around to see if another could service which should been dealership responsibly for months back and forth calling numerous calls no return! The warranty wasnt honored and most repairs will have to come out of pocket well long story short they traded car in n which gave me a smaller car bigger car payment and even bigger attitude mad because I done business again with them and very next morning noticed that this car has issues 6 hours after pulling!! Theres so much more to say about this place far purchasing a car Run Run Run Run Run!We all know car salesman but it total scam they take cars in for trade immediately putting out for sale with no repairs call warranty to pay for which is a bigger joke! My car was brought in to fix the flywheel and I picked it up 2 weeks later. The transmission was removed to do this servicing. Three days later, the entire transmission went out and had to be towed back to TAC. It has now been going on 3 weeks and I have yet to get a returned call, even though I have called, left messages, sent emails, every single day. I called Ford corporate and they told me I had several cars in front of mine and they didnt have a time frame on when it would even be diagnosed in order for me to get a rental. One would think since the transmission was obviously messed up BY THEM when they replaced flywheel, that my car would take some sort of priority. I am having to pay Uber 4 times a day just to get my kids to school. The lack of compassion, concern, communication, and just plain customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. The car is still under warranty since it was only just purchased in May smh.

In the beginning of this year, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this establishment. We were told there were no accidents on this vehicle and that it was a trade-in from Ohio. We bought it that night and were told to that they would detail the vehicle and scent bomb it to get the cigarette smell out from the security guard that uses the vehicle at night. The day we were going to pick it up they told us it would be another day to finish all the cleaning. My husband and I were cool with that. The next day we pick it up and drop off my old vehicle. I thought it was weird that the car still looked messy and would just clean up a little bit more when I got the chance.In March while I was at work I came out to my windshield wipers had been stolen. I filed a police report of the theft. When giving my vin and plate number the tip line told me that the vehicle was not registered to neither my husband or me and was still registered to Town and Country. The real kicker was that my plate belong to another vehicle on that lot. I explained that couldnt be possible since I have the paper work proving we purchased the vehicle and they let us drive off the lot with the same plate it had on. I was shocked, but the tip line assured me that it couldnt be my fault. I finished filing the report and called T&C immediately and spoke to the registration department. The department told me that they had been trying to contact my husband and I for over two months and finally gave up. I asked for the numbers they had on file neither of them were correct. I explained that the plate on the back of my car did not belong to my vehicle. She informed me there should have been a temp tag because she had my original plate in our file. I gave her the plate number that was on the back of the vehicle. She informed me that the plate did in fact belong to another vehicle on the lot and that the employees will switch around plates from vehicle to vehicle. We finished the details on getting our car registered and I had to go up there to get out temp tag. I cannot wrap my head around how this would happen on the first place. A couple of days before Easter my breaks began to act funny. I was having trouble stopping this vehicle. Town and Country to have it looked at since I had a warranty. They told me to bring it in so they could look at it. Upon investigation they found that someone put transmission fluid in my break fluid! I was beyond upset since I was at the time 5 months pregnant. I had to have a rental car to use during the two days they had my vehicle. They called explaining that a part would need to be replaced due to the damage one of their technicians caused. It would cost us over $200. I asked if I could speak to the guy who sold us our car Roy and explain to him the situation and how I was highly unsatisfied. Unfortunately, he was not there that day and I talked to one of the managers. The manager treated me very unprofessionally when I explain him the situation and said well what do you want me to do about it? He also accused me of switch around the plates of my vehicle with another. At that point I demanded that they pay for their mistake, because it could have cost us our unborn daughters, my husbands, and my own life. He rudely agreed that they would pay for the damages. We thought the nightmare was over until my car locks just recently started to act up. I thought it was very strange and amounted to the fact the remote on my keys was just needing to be replaced. Around this same time my drivers door no longer activated the lights in my car. Thinking it was the battery until my family started to point out that the driver side looked like it had been replaced since the paint color looked very muted compared to the rest of the car. Upon further research my husband and I discovered that the car was a Salvaged Title purchased in and auction out of Ohio. That it had been considered totalled by the previous owners insurance due to damage to the front, undercarriage, and disabling damage. We were never disclosed this information.

Jamie Blakely lied to me and tried a bait and switch. I called him about a car I saw online, he said it was still available. June 27, 2021, I went to look at it. He said it was sold the day before, but wanted to show me other cars. I found on his Facebook page the car I was interested in and asked about was sold on April 23, 2021. He lied to me for a week. The sales manager was outside when it happened, he didnt react, giving the impression that bait and switch tactics are encouraged at Town and Country

I initially was not happy with my experience during my purchase/transaction. I decided to contact them after some thinking of how to handle it. The Sales Manager was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about my overall experience, he offered to help however he could. I immediately felt better after my phone call, and came back up to have my concerns and issues resolved the best they could. I appreciate the eagerness to improve my experience.Also, every interaction with the Service Department to get repairs done was quick and easy.

They over charged her insurance company by $400! They also over charged her deductible by over $800!Don’t give them your car.

I didnt actually end up buying a vehicle from Town and Country Ford because we couldnt find the exact price I wanted. But I worked with l Bobby and he was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He gave me the numbers I wanted and realized early on that I was not a payment buyer. I called the dealership and gave them the specs that I wanted on a new truck. Within a day they located the exact truck I was looking for. and I had it within 4 days. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful in setting up the truck. It was spotless when I got it. The Finance Director went over every document in detail before I signed anything. This is my 3rd new truck purchase from Town and Country and they are second to none. The service department is the best in Louisville. I couldnt be happier with my latest experience with Town and Country!!

Car has been there for 2 days. I have had to call them for updates only to find out that my car has been assigned, but they dont know when is was assigned, or when the tech will be getting to it. I asked the person if I should take the vehicle elsewhere, she told me that all of the dealerships are inundated, and that was my decision. While I understand the notion of being busy, I do not as a customer feel like I have been kept informed by the service department. if the service department is a week behind and I call to tell them that I am going to be taking my vehicle there they have a responsibility to at least let the customer know the time frame before their vehicle is dropped and done. There should also be a responsibility on their end to keep their customers informed as to what is going on at least on a daily basis if we are looking at a long wait. This will be the last time I take my vehicle for service to this dealership. And when it comes to trading my vehicle in I will do my best to ensure my employer does not ask me to go to this location to trade it in. I should mention that the service advisor I have been working with has been nice. and I recognize that she does not have control as to when my vehicle is going to be finished. I just wish this dealership would do a better job in keeping their customers informed as to what is going on with their vehicles.

Town and country ford has probably been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. The initial even getting approved for a car was horrible. The time and effort it took was so long and so much more information that was needed compared to other places I have bought car was outrageous. I was even trading in two cars for one and one was paid off. They kept my cars for two months while I had to drive the one I was purchasing without it even being in my name. While still having my old financial institutions calling me for payments when I had already traded my cars in and turned them over. Town and country could not give me any answer other than “ it fell through” without giving a solution. I would call for answers and the “ managers” wouldn’t be there or call me back. I would physically go up there and they would purposely avoid me without letting me know what was going on.I also had one of their Salesmen hit on me multiple times, and even try to call me to “ take me and my kids out” I had never even given the man my number and he was 3x my age.Finally after everything was settled and the car was “ approved” I made sure the finance guy had put GAP coverage on the car because of a previous wreck when I was younger. Come to find out in no good luck I get into a wreck. Go to find my contract. The gap was not put on AND they had give me the wrong contract without the coverages I was told we’re on there because they were ON the contract I signed with witnesses. And that I have been paying for extras warranties that I never wanted.Town and country will also not honor the agreement they signed. And the managers and salesman I dealt with are no longer there. Go figure.Do not ever go to this place. You will get screwed over. If I could give it no stars I would.

I would not recommend this dealership. My sister went through them and they messed up the paperwork twice to get the car registered and when she called them get it corrected they treated the situation like it wasn’t their problem and only wanted her to take a survey to give them a good review. She now has to pay 2 thousand dollars out of pocket to correct their mistakes.

Had an appointment for oil change but two hours later still waiting. Work has not even started on my car. No one has told us anything & when we asked 15 minutes ago they just said we are next. I had a bad experience at this dealership. The salespeople did not keep their promise on agreed repairs. I bought a used car and the front tires needed replacing. They said we will get you two new tires and we will take care of that for you. But after several discussions they refused to replace the tires per our initial agreement. They never denied that they promised the tires. Beware of this establishment, they do not keep their word!

I bought my car and have had all my service done at T&C for the last decade. No complaints. All visits prior to this one have been good.I came in early today for brakes and rotors and for an airbag inspection (recall). I was told it would take an hour. Four hours later Im still sitting in the lobby. I inquired about the 3.5 hour mark and was told it should only be a few more minutes. If I would have been quoted a proper 4-5 hour time frame I would have arranged a ride so my entire day wasnt wasted in a lobby. Embarrassing.

Donna Young is the service manager. I have used her services multiple times for a variety of things. The latest 2008 Mustang GT where I had no air or heat consistently. I could hit a pot hole or bump and it go off or come on. I went to at least 3 other places who never did find a resolution. She never stops, never gave up and always is expedient in service. On Thursday, June 11 our truck just stopped! One day before we was to leave for vacation.....The truck had to be towed to Town & Country Ford and due to Covid 19 back ups would not be looked at until Friday! So we conceded that we had to take the car (which is small) and not the truck. We loaded up the car on Friday morning and decided to stop by Town & Country to pick up our binoculars in the truck! The wonderful receptionist said sure we could get them but would we like to wait on the truck! It was a sensor and could be changed in 30 minutes!! WOW was we happy! The changes was made the truck ran fine and we went home to repack our truck - was gone 6 days and no problems! We love traveling in our FORD F150!

Just WOW! So my wife & I are visiting our family in Louisville, our 2020 Explorer (9250 miles) decides to start making a horrible noise. I search for local Ford Dealers and find Town and Country… From the moment I walked into the service bay, until I left in our repaired vehicle, I was treated absolutely better than I have ever been treated at a dealership, that I have not already bought a vehicle at.Donna in the service department is absolutely amazing!!!She took the time to understand our situation, being five hundred miles from home and having to be on the road in one day. She had the part over night, push us to the front of the line, and out the door I went. 6 miles from the dealership, I’m on the side of the road... Donna sent a tow truck, in and out in under an hour (minor hiccup ).Thank you Town & Country.

Overall this has been the best car buying experience that I have had. I didnt have to go through a lot of back and forth and the whole process was pretty easy. The only gripe I have about the process was how long it took once we agreed upon the price until I got to talk to the financing person. Other than that, the buying experience was excellent. The woman at the service desk was very helpful and excellent at helping me with my brakes. I had to come back, however a second time, because they only turned the front rotors but apparently needed to rotor all 4 rotors. It was still under warranty so i didnt pay a thing. And now my brakes dont wobble then braking. Job well done!

I like the vehicle my fiance bought. Overcharged? Yes but not bad. The vehicle she bought you can punch in a code on the door to unlock it just in case you lose your keys or lock them in it. When she first got the vehicle they said they wrote it in the book for her vehicle in the club box. Shes had her vehicle for a few years now. Recently I decided to look in the book for the code. Its not in any of the few books that came with the car. We decided to stop by there and ask them the Code. They tell us technicians are on break and if we can come back in about an hour they will charge us for the code. Seriously??? Besides being a little over charged we have to pay for the code?

The staff is very friendly and even come out to the long line of customers waiting before they open and start taking names and recording issues so it can get people on their way faster.Donna, the service advisor, is awesome and keeps in touch with you throughout the day while working on your vehicle. My purchasing experience was great. Mike George and Lawrence helped me from beginning to end find the exact truck I wanted. The team went out of their way to answer my (many) financing questions, truck questions, and even went as far as to drive another vehicle downtown to ensure the truck I wanted to purchase would fit in my underground parking garage. Pros : 1.valued my trade in at a decent price. 2. Gave me a decent deal with rebates. 3. Wasnt in there too long, considering used my bank for most of it ( before hand). 4. The sales person asked whstvi was looking for, found quite a selection that I was looking for.Cons : 1. Had to wait a few days to get my vehicle ( due to it getting something out on it).I recommend this ford dealer, they actually try to work with you (unlike the kia store)

Works package is always great! Timely and friendly service. However, this time I took my Escape in due to a lag in shifting gears that I have noticed. They drove my car a total of 4 miles including into the shop, moving bays and out once complete. Sorry, but I dont feel that was enough to truly evaluate my vehicle. I was charged a fee for looking at it and was told there was nothing wrong. I beg to differ!!

The only reason I’m giving them a 4 is because of Terrell (my salesman) and the management being so kind and helpful. They personally deserve a 5 star. BUT communication definitely needs to improve tremendously in the titling department. It took for my 2 temporary tags to expire for them to communicate that I needed to have an inspection done for my permanent license plate. They said they mailed a letter regarding the inspection that I never received, which I’m not saying that they didnt BUT that should have been communicated by phone if an inspection clearly hasn’t been set up. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on and that was unacceptable and very inconvenient. Another issue was the customer service I received from the receptionist. 3 out of 4 times I was there she was always taking a personal phone call which made it awkward or playing on her phone. NEVER GREETED when I walked through the door. Which when I was in customer service that was unacceptable. So based off those 2 issues definitely deserve a 1 star.

As far as Im concerned Town and Country Ford provived me with the best car pufchace experience of my life. I spoke with a sales rep told him what I was looking for and in less then a hour driving my 2014 Honda Civic with less tha.en 99,000 miles. My car looks great inside and out. Runs like brand new has all maintenance records and I was provided an unasked for carfax. In fact my girlfriend is following me in this car right now while I ride my motorcycle from Louisville Ky to Washington State and back. WHAT A GREAT CAR I GOT AT TOWN AND COUNTRTY FORD.

We felt we got cheated and violated. Never were we shown a full total number until we looked at our finance company. Town Ford and country showed us a different number. And we had prior financing and we asked them to please not to do a hard pull or try us against any other finance company but they did the complete opposite. We have this far recieved 4ndifferent letters from different finance companies that we wanted nothing to do with because we had prior financing already and we informed them of that from the very beginning. So now we have been lied to and cheated in every way. Had they shown us the number our finance company did we would never have even considered leasing the vehicle period.

These guys got me in the day after I called and had our car done exactly when they said . Their service was excellent.Highly recommend. I came to them because the Oxmoor Ford Lincoln office had been giving me the run around for two months.Service guys never replied to my calls and the men in service area were very rude on the phone. Two days of lost work because of them. Will not buy from them next time around either.

It was my first time taking my car in for an oil change. From the time I pulled in the service center to the time I left, everyone was so curteous and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that I didnt need an appointment and it didnt take anytime for them to service my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle in January and the sales people and management were great, never pushy or aggressive, which I really appreciated.

There was a long wait, the technician did not wear any PPE and did not disinfect my car after he was done I had to request it to be done. Things could have been better organized and sanitized for the customers I am immunocompromised so I was disappointed so I will have to think about the next repairs and maintenance I have done during this pandemic

Had an appointment and your salesman didnt show. That is bad business. Very disappointed.They did call me back and gave me a free oil change, that was nice and I have taken my car for fixes and recalls and I will admit they have been very good and when they have had to keep my car I always they rent me a car. I have since had very pleasant experiences with them in the garage.
