Terrible communication. Brought in vehicle for repair of previously identified problem after delayed parts and another Jeep manufacturer recall fix. On day of appointment told that it will be several days to reevaluate car and then fix. Sounds like they need the vehicle for a week for a one day repair that was scheduled a month ago. Service manager Amber blames it on off site scheduling so customer is just out of luck. Just unbelievably bad customer service. Previous service encounters have been below average with delays each time. Hard to believe that other dealers could be worse to deal with.
I reauested an oil change and tire rotation using an oil change coupon I purchased in 2020 for 2 changes. Because of low milage during the pandemic, this is the cirst time I was able to use it. The coupon expires next month and I will be unable to use the 2nd oil change. I asked for an extension from the service dept and Chrysler Customer Care and both turned me down. I also mentioned I have a second car I could use it on now and was also turned down. I will never use Oxmoor Dodge for normal maintenance again.Secondly, I asked the service attendant to check the back right tire for a leak during rotation, they didnt. The next day I had to take the tire in for repair at a competitor and they discovered a 5/16 bolt lodged in the tire.Again poor service!
