The dealership is fine. However a dealership can only be as good as what they sell. Fact is: Cadillac is not known for reliability since pre gas crunch. (1970s) Cadillacs tend not to be the most affordable cars either. Right next door is a Buick dealership. Car salesmen standing in the middle of the asphalt outside. I thought I was in a fever dream. But I made it. Thanks for asking.

After several attempts to get clarity from the sales person (Sean), on the particulars of my finance deal, which was never received, I was appalled to find out that the car I had just been approved for was sold with no regard to me. I was belittled as if I didnt know anything about the sales process of used cars or the current demand within the market today,instead of acknowledging the obvious misconduct, apparent lack of communication and appreciation for **every** customer by the salesman or courtesy Cadillac staff. To have a car sold right out from under me is something that I have never experienced and I purchased new and used vehicles and have never been treated the way Ive been treated at courtesy Cadillac. I called to speak with the sales manager Scott, who was very apologetic and assured me that this wasnt their practice and that hed use this as a coaching opportunity for the future customers to benefit from, but my life, my opportunity to be treated fairly, or experience the great quality standard behind a sales dealership that supposedly prides themselves on customer satisfaction wasnt and will never be had. Unfortunately I will never do business here ever again and will do everything in my power to share this mistreatment in order to help shine a light on the gross customer handling of a business thats more interested in a quick turn of profit than customer satisfaction.

So we stopped in about 4 weeks ago looking for a Escalade, we talked about a hour or so going over all the details, the owners son Joey had told us we had to have a trade, live in the state of KY, and finance with them to get one at sticker price, if not it would be $10,000 over MSRP!!!!! So we told them all the options we wanted and color for them to call us when they got one in, before we left they wanted to drive ours to see what they would offer, he came back at $64,000 which was almost $4,000 cheaper than we had been offered somewhere else, they had been calling us 1-2 times a week telling us about new ones they had got but none was what we wanted, so Wednesday they got the exact one we wanted to a T!!!! I told them to get me the payments on it and they called back and said $60,000 was all they could put in it, after some negotiation they agreed to $61,500, I said ok that was fine let me know what the payment would be, he called back about 30 mins and said the owner said they had to charge $5,000 over MSRP because they are so hard to get, so after talking to the owner personally he stated the same thing that they was really hard to get and was gonna get as much as they can out of it!!!!!! So they lost our business FOREVER!!!!!! These people are the type of car lot that will take advantage of you, very greedy!!!!

Not happy at all. Problems with cruise control on my car. Asked that my car be driven. All they did was do an analysis by machine. Wanted to charge me $179 for the analysis, reporting that nothing was wrong with the cruise control. If they had driven the car they would have discovered that when going downgrades with the cruise on, the car feels like someone applied the brake very hard and the engine races as though the accelerator was suddenly pushed to the floor. Ive owned the car 2 1/2 years, it began this in July 2020.

Do NOT let this place service your car. You will go 8n for an oil change and be told you need $1,000 in repairs. ALWAYS $1,000! That is their plan. It happened to me the last two times I was in there. I felt in my heart I was being taken! Well low and behold, I went in today for oil change and guess what those crooks told me! You got it, $1,000 worth of work needed, liers! Guess what the couple before us was told, yep, you got $1,000 worth work! Liers and crooks! Stay away! The part would have been $130 and labor, guess what $1,000! Another dealership said wasnt needed! Crooks, stay away! Nice, yep but crooks!

My wife Cyndi and I were looking for a good deal on a Cadillac XT4. We had recently purchased brand new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. It was very nice but the drive quality was not as good as the 2013 Lincoln MKX we traded in. It was also missing several features we really enjoyed.I found the car online and wanted to see it. Michael Gapen followed up with me and before i knew it he was dropping the car off in our driveway for us to test drive!Needless to say, we fell in love with it! This dealership has got to be one of the best around.....Our salesman (Bryce) was very knowledgeable and seemed to do whatever it took to help us out. We actually were window shopping at 10 pm (to avoid the pushy salesmen) and he came out to talk about the car we were checking out (he was NOT pushy at all!!). Then at 8 am the next morning he was sending us over the info we requested......this really impressed me to see his work ethic and how much he cared. Bryce staid in touch and again worked with us to get to our budget needs......he was extremely professional. Fraudulent services!Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was NEVER done even though it was on the service contract as completed. The service manager and tech claim it was done. I had a small cosmetic cut in the right front pax tire sidewall that I was aware of. That tire was still on the right front pax position when I picked it up. This proves the service wasn’t done. I suspect the oil change wasn’t completed either but can’t prove that.Never again! My first and last time there. You never get a second chance to make a first impression!

I purchased my tires from a third party several years ago. This includes lifetime tire rotation. I took my car to that company for rotation, and balancing. I still had a bad vibration, so took it back. They said they rebalanced the tires. It was still bad. So, I took it to Courtesy Cadillac to have it checked, suspecting something else was wrong. The re-balanced the tires. Problem solved. They did a great job, and had me in and out quickly. Great job. The car rides smoothly once again!!! Thanks!!

Double check your service work! My wife went and got her oil changed today. When she picked it up the service reminder still needed to be reset. No big deal, she pointed it out and one of the service techs reset it. But, she heard another service tech over on the side make a comment like they didnt do an oil change. When I got home she told me what happened so I checked her oil. Oil was low and dirty, and I could tell it was the old oil filter. What did they do with my wifes vehicle, park it and then gave it back? What did we pay for? Service manager is supposed to call us back but we are still waiting.

You be the judge...I delivered my 2014 CTS for warranty service on the touchscreen and oil change.After leaving with the vehicle, within 1/4 miles the engine was in clear distress. By the time I was able to turn around and return to the dealership, I had the disastrous Low Oil Pressure message.The engine was completely destroyed.The dealership completely replaced the engine, but claimed it was a known issue and was covered by the warranty and had no relationship to their oil change. I would normally be OK with a mistake. We all make them. A Cadillac loaner vehicle for a couple of weeks is no real hardship.Perhaps it was just a coincidence. But if it wasnt, then charging the Cadillac company for the price of a new engine rather than admitting a mistake would be a blatantly dishonest act.The reader can judge for themselves. These are just the facts.

On two occasions the service depart up-charged me on parts and would not cover bumper-to- bumper warranty service. Tried talking to the service manager and GM would not return my calls. Buying a vehicle from Courtesy Cadillac was the best move we could have made in regards to making our recent purchase! From the sales floor, Chris, to the service department, Anthony, we were made to feel like VIPs! No regrets and will most definitely do business with them again!Update- after Anthony left the service department, the place has gone downhill. Never will I ever buy another vehicle from Courtesy! I’ve picked up my Escalade and found garbage inside, fingernail clippings (omg) grease, etc. I was told things would be fixed only to find that after having it in there for up to a week or longer, the issues still exist. And do NOT buy the extended interior/exterior package. This far, nothing I’ve had it in for has been covered. I was told all the wonderful things that would be covered but not one damn thing so far! Well, except for a small chip in the paint that was “fixed” with what looks like white fingernail polish. Couldn’t really see it before but boy, do you now! 😡
