Tonys replaced the alternator in my 2008 Honda Accord. Price was reasonable, service was first rate, no issues or problems. My wife had used Tonys before and recommended their services. They are also very easy to talk to over the phone. That means a lot to me. I would recommend Tonys to others as well. Good job!

I had a great experience! When I went to pick up my car, they truly took the time to explain (in layman’s terms) what all they did to my car. They knew that the work was quite an investment so they made sure I knew exactly what they worked on! I will definitely return if I need any more repairs!

I wanted a very qualified shop to install new brakes and rotors on my Nissan 350Z. I heard about Tonys from their radio ads. I could not have been more pleased. They ordered all the parts and had them there on the day of my appointment. New rotors and brake pads, front and rear, were installed in 2 1/2 hours, which exceeded my expectations. An excellent experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a set of 22.5 wheels with 16 ply tires on a dually truck. Ever since I put them on it had a wicked shake between 70-80 and a slight shimmy everywhere else, but they looked great. The tires were mounted properly and Id had them spin balanced, but I couldnt get rid of the shake because they were slightly out of round, and the condition was exaggerated with the stiff tires. Id almost given up when I heard about Tonys, and their truing service, which nobody in my area offers. So, I gave them a call and made a two and a half hour trip for the service. I found everyone at Tonys to be extremely friendly and professional (I mainly dealt with Cory and Adam), and the difference in my truck is unbelievable. While it does still ride like a one ton truck, they eliminated all the tire/road vibration and it now rides better than it did when it was new, even with the commercial tires. I highly recommend them to anyone and, if you have a persistent shake that you cant track down, the truing service is well worth the trip.

If you want a great knowledgeable team and good customer service this is the place to go. I took my truck in for an alignment with aftermarket lift and adjustable control arms and asked for a specific setting, they delivered. Later on I found out that I had given them incorrect caster measurements and these guys didn’t hesitate to help me again. I took my truck back and they worked with me to correct the issue.

I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and they took my car back right away. They were thorough and periodically let me know how much longer it would be to complete the service. Really, just stop now and take it to Tonys!I recently went here to get a front end alignment on my newly-lifted Toyota Tundra. My normal shop snubbed their nose up at doing an alignment on my custom suspension. Tonys was happy to do it, answering all the questions I had and is now my new normal shop.Pat is an excellent example of outstanding customer service. Had a nut seized on my tie rod that most other shops would have just replaced and passed the cost on to me... Easily another $200+. Not Tonys. They worked extra hard to free up the seized nut in order to keep me from having to spend more of my hard-earned money. Job was done on time and at a reasonable price.

I just rediscovered Tonys B&A! I took my first cars to Tonys back in the 70s, but moved away and didnt realize they were still in business. Found their webpage and made an appointment last week for an alignment. The service tech asked if I needed front or rear, I said both. When work complete, tech advised they checked but the rear did not need to be aligned, only paid for the front alignment. Same old Tonys, new location, new generation--still in business after all these years because they are competent, ethical and personable! They now do all forms of auto repairs and will be the only place I take my car.

I came in for an alignment but did not get the service. They inspected my Mustang and noticed I needed to replace my ball joints. I knew they were getting close because I have noticed a little play in my front end and every once in awhile a couple of pops. Adam called me back to take a look at what they found. I was surprised, I have never had a mechanic let me actually come back and show me what was wrong. I have to admit I really respect a shop that will let the customer see what is wrong. Short story on another shop I went too,not saying any names but I was just there for a simple oil change. I do almost all of my own work on my cars so I know everything usually going on. I hear my name called so I go to the counter. Mr. Simmons got some bad news you have a busted oil pan. Really,let me take a look at it...No sir,you cant do that,we do not let any customers in the shop...I said,Ok,I will take my car and check it out. They say its very bad we dont recommend you driving it but we can fix it for about $1,000.00. No thanks.I get home jack it up looks good as new...so I really respect a shop that lets you look at the problem. I will be putting new control arms on my Mustang and then I will go back to Tonys for an alignment. I will update this more after the work. Thanks for being honest guys.

Took great care of me, car would randomly pull after taking to Michel tires and they done a front end alignment. Car felt dangerous. Took it to Tonys to see what was going on and it was the upper ball joint loose. Michel tires left it loose. I knew I should have went Tonys first. They have a reputation for being the best for a reason.

I dealt with Corey every time & he always had an attitude, & a tone to his voice! He wasn’t nice at all! I keep bringing there to figure out why my engine light was on & they had me come back and forth 3 different times?! Knowing I didn’t want to drive my car like that!! Kept saying they think they fixed the issue when I really don’t think they ever did anything! They finally said their not electric mechanic & referred me to somewhere else which is fine bc their not electric place! My issue is how rude they are! I didn’t argue back because I was there to get my car fix not to argue but Corey and pat are very rude and need customer service training on how to speak to customers that was NEVER RUDE TO THEM TO BEGIN WITH! Never will go back or refer someone

Decided to get $20 brake inspection after hearing unusual noise when stopping. Inspection revealed brakes were in good shape- no repairs needed!! ( NEVER have I heard THAT from any auto repair shop in 40 years of driving!!!). My family has found a new home for honest auto repairs.

This was by far the worst experience Ive had in an automotive shop. Everyone has told me they used to be good back in the day and their quality has gone downhill but I tried it anyway. they were not able to get the alignment done, nor could they balance my tires they installed, and to top it all off I asked specifically to please return the 40 inch tires that I was changing out. I got the truck back and the excuse for not returning the tires to me is that it attracts thieves. Sir you have a fence all the way around your building. Absolutely would not recommend!

After getting a overpriced quote from a well known chain I decided to go with a local place. I’m very pleased I chose Tony’s. Everyone was very professional and after the inspection they explained everything that needed to be done and quoted me at a price almost half of what the other guys were going to charge. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Tony’s does amazing work. Just be sure to call and make your appointment, because their online appointments aren’t the best. I’ll continue to bring my Smartcar to them to keep him running smooth.

Brought it in for tires and alignment. Good price on tires but they found over 2500 dollars worth of issues with my front end so they recommended I not get it aligned until I fix the issues. The truck is an older model. Not sure it is worth that kind of money. Will take it somewhere else to see about fixing.

Good Prices but terrible customer service from Pat.I know the owner will tell me all about the 20 year professional service techs because Pat did too when i called right after leaving the business & called about the problem i was having(when i got up to 60 miles an hour the steering wheel was vibrating bad) which i wasnt having before i took it in. i asked him if they test drove vehicles after they repaired them.He informed me they cant test drive every vehicle that comes in because they have so many. i had both hubs on front wheels replaced(which is what it was brought in for) & sway bar links replaced(which he told me it needed). So that told me i was the guinea pig if something went wrong after i left there if they forgot to bolt something back up in my opinion. He told me to bring it back in a few days later so a manager could check it out.I would have to leave it again for that to happen. it definitely couldnt be anything they did because they had 20 year experienced techs. I took it somewhere else & it ended up being the weights were knocked off one of the wheels & just needed balanced(which i mentioned to Pat & he told me that couldnt have happened there.) i would have took it back to Tonys had i not been treated a little better when i called 15 minutes after leaving there & spending the kind of money i did.Good customer service would have said turn around & bring back now so we can make sure its nothing serious. Not a few days later. I dont doubt that you have good experienced techs(they can make mistakes) but treat your customers with a little better respect when they call back with a problem especially when they spend hard earned money with your company. i noticed in some of the reviews that if there was a problem after a repair, thats when bad customer service kicks in. May want to work on that part of the business. The rest may be fine. i would recommend asking for a test drive with a tech before i ever left this companys lot. I did get a call after this review and am satisfied that the owner took my concerns seriously! Kudos to him for calling me- I appreciated it very much.

I’ve been complaining to the dealer for two years about my truck making noise popping and cracking under the pride in every time only to be told that they cannot find anything wrong. Tonys found the problem within an hour numerous problems and priced it very fair for me to be able to get my truck back on the road safely again.

Corey was great throughout the experience. I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 that had been previously rebuilt . I Was experiencing a lot of suspension issues & had replaced several parts and had taken my truck to several shops for alignment but no one could get it right. Very clean and professional business. Went in for standard oil change and alignment and was all done quickly. Hooked me up with a new plug as the old one was started to get stripped. Fair price for honest work.

Took my F350 Super Duty in for front ball joint replacement and alignment. They did a complete inspection of front end and called with what needed to be done before starting work. I agreed to all work needing done and they completed it in a timely manner. Picked truck up and it drove nicely without any issues. I would recommend Tonys for front end work on big trucks always.

I recently purchased a heavily modified Jeep Wrangler and it was in need of proper alignment, caster, and camber adjustment along with proper tire balancing. It was improperly aligned at another local shop (to be fair, it’s not their speciality). Tony’s was very thorough in diagnosing the issues at hand and were very fair price-wise. Cory, Pat, and Robert, specifically, were absolutely great to work with and very knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to have a locally owned business like Tony’s in Louisville. My Jeep drives/rides incredibly well! Highly recommended!

Took RV in for alignment at appointment time and was returned fixed within a few hours. Service manager went over everything that was done and why it was necessary. The price to get the RV back into proper alignment was about what I was told before work was done. I will not hesitate to return to Tony’s if I am in need of their services again.

I took my truck here on recommendation and was NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!! Firstly, I looked Tony’s up on google maps and noticed they had 4.8 stars out of 5, which I have rarely seen before. Secondly, when I called to make an appt. for a tire rotation and balance and inquire potentially about an alignment, the man on the phone (Corey) was incredibly kind and found me an appt. for the following day. Thirdly! Upon dropping my truck off for the balance/rotation and waiting to be called to pick it up, I received a call informing me Tony’s found time to align it the same day (although they originally couldn’t find time until the following week) and they were checking to make sure I was okay with that before they proceeded. Fourthly, when I arrived to pick my truck up, Corey let me ask a million questions out of curiosity about the improvements they’d made on my truck.Super impressed, would 10/10 go back.

We went to Tonys for our F450 and had them look at our new Michelin XZE (which we purchased somewhere else) tires because our truck was wandering all over the road. They told us they drove it after they fix it and as soon as my husband got into the truck it was doing the exact same thing!!! Corey who works there told my husband he had to drive it to wear the tires in - we had already driven it over 500 miles and after we took it to Tonys we took it to another place - wont mention the name - but IT WAS THE TIRES THAT CAUSED THE WANDERING!!!! WE REPLACED THEM AND NOW IT DOESNT WANDER - SO THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY WOULDNT LISTEN TO US. WE WILL NEVER TAKE OUR VEHICLES BACK TO TONYS. IT ALMOST LIKE THEY WERE RIGHT AND WOULDNT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER - SO NEVER AGAIN. WE LEARNED OUR LESSON AND MAYBE THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BE RIGHT ALL THE TIME!!!!!

I waited 3 days to get in, i wanted a few things done based of my vehicles maintenance intervals. Was told all this other stuff needed to be done for literally thousands, absolutely unnecessary repairs. Parts double, or triple what I can get them at autozone, and jacked up prices all around. The things that were actually done were sloppy and nothing but a mess. If you want me to pay $120 an hour you better tighten up stuff, clean up after yourself and not half a** around the vehicle. I to this day haven’t found an actual quality shop with decent quality to take all my vehicles to.

I find greatness in coffee and snacks available as needed. While you wait ; there is always someone there you can ask questions and get quick responses. What I like also is to be able to ask about cost before they get started. This allows you to know what the cost us going to be ; and if you can afford it and your estimate is good up to 39 days. Ive never heard of more than or even close to $1100 for front brake pads and front rotors, for a 2003 mustang. Im just going to do them myself this weekend for way less than half of that price. I think they was just trying to come up on a bonus, hell if I know.. maybe I look like a guy who cant take my tires off my car and take a couple screws out of a caliper. Whatever.

I took our travel trailer and tow vehicle in to get the trailer brake checked. They were able to determine rather quickly that the old brake control was defective and were able to replace with a new system within the hour. The staff was great and very professional in their interactions with the customers that I observed. I will be taking my vehicles back to them when I need any type of work done.

Tonys is always my go to place for brake and alignment issues. They always provide excellent customer service. I have never been sold anything I did not need and they also recommended repairs that may need to be done in the near future. I trust them with all of my brake needs. I also have a classic car and would not trust it to anyone else. The technicians that work at Tonys have years of experience and get the job done right the first time. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I think they save me money in the long run by only selling me the services I absolutely need. I have been in the automotive maintenance field for almost 30yrs and Tonys is the only place I absolutely trust to work on my cars.

I havent even delivered my car yet but the front office help was AWESOME. These guys know how to take car of you. Im sure they will do a great job. Another review to come.

25 years ago I hit a curb and pushed my front wheel at a 45 degree angle. All of the shops in town wanted thousands to fix it. Tony’s was recommended and the fixed it for $200. I never had another seconds worth of problem with that car. The aligned my chevelle this week. They are the best.
