Bought a new 21 Ram 1500 Laramie. These guys are AWESOME. They didnt have a truck on the lot that my wife and I wanted. But our salesperson Terrance told us they would get us one there. Worst service ever. Asked to diagnose my van was charged for it. When asked to see the diagnosis was told they didn’t do it. No one will answer call or return calls DO NOT USE!!!!!! They said battery was dead. Was a lie my husband checked battery when home.

This is the WORST place to get a car !!!! The salesman told us we were approved for a particular car, then told us, he was wrong, we were approved for a different car. We agreed to the 2nd choice car. Then he tells us he didn’t realize our trade-in still had a $1900 balance WHICH WE ALREADY told him and we have messages where he CLEARLY said he would pay the balance off and add it to our new balance. They WON’T give you a STRAIGHTFORWARD answer. They just like to play games. Adults don’t play games. We will be taking our business somewhere else!

Very disappointed. Purchased a used car two weeks ago. Brakes were so bad they the could not have passed a safety inspection. They said they were wet and the car was sitting for over a month. So they looked at it said it was only the front and they said they would take care of them right away but it took almost 3 hrs to replace them. Only to find out the back brakes need replacing also after they said the back brakes were still good for a while.
Nice cars, beware of the vultures. The guy roped in to a car he knows full well she can not afford and she has 3 children and he professed being a christian. Made us feel comfortable and then put her into a car that was 300$ more a month than the 1 she had, knowing she was trying to get down from that payment some. I really dont know how he can sleep at night knowing he took the only vehicle a single mother has to get back and forth to work. Like times arent hard enough all ready and he has to pull her further down and then says I got you. I am so disappointed. They had her in a new car so fast her head spun and was helping her transfer her belongings before she ever said yes and before he told her what the monthly payment was going to be after us asking and asking what the payments were and them saying its all good we got you. Did not even tell her what the payments were till she was signing the last paperwork that had the price on it. Very disappointed with all of this.AND you tell me why they have to build in a maintenance package on a brand new car? A lease at that. I thought they already take care of all the problems with a lease. None of what happened should be legal.

The salesman we talked with was brand new and while he was very pleasant and accommodating, he had very little knowledge. Then we talked with the sales manager who couldnt even bother to get up off the garbage can he was leaning on and who made no effort to treat us with respect. Great service. Dropped off vehicle for service. All requested completed in an expediant manner. Vehicle issue resolved. Service staff friendly. Only complaint would be having to go and locate vehicle myself during pickup. Not an issue for myself but others may not be so comfortable going back into the service lot to retrieve a vehicle by themselves.

Cody Lee got my car right in for an oil change and tire rotation. Super fast and professional. I had a slight coolant leak and he looked at it for me when other places told me it would be a minimum of $140 just to LOOK AT IT. Rick listened to me . I told him my budget I was working with. Told him what I needed as far as equipment. He showed me a couple of cars that were perfect. I would not buy a vehicle from these people they are crooks they tack on all these fees and then when I wanted to cancel the rip off insurance Doug Hooper jumped up in my face screaming these people are unprofessional I talk to who was over Dodge Howard Kearchner and Amy Thomas in Cancellation they are suppose to take care of this and still has not refunded me for this insurance its going on 3mths I will never buy nothing else from them ever I have good credit and the interest rate is so high these people are a rip off and work together to rip everyone off and I think Ally financial works with them do not every buy from these people Im about to call the news media on them

Would not recommend this Dealership. Bait and switch Dealership. Confirmed price with the salesman on the phone that was posted online before agreeing to credit pull. Pulled credit then quoted a different price taking away the dealership discount and only giving the Employee Pricing Discount. Would not recommend.

Commonwealth Dodge goes over and beyond the call of duty to make sure Im satisfied particularly, Howard K., the GM, and Taylor in the service department. That makes me feel they value my business. As a woman I appreciate that they have never tried to sell me something my car didnt need-like many other service centers/dealers have tried to do. When Im having a problem with my car they know exactly what it is and always do great work. They have always been honest with me, and I trust them with my car. I highly recommend them.

Just bought a 2017 Charger with help from Paul T. FANTASTIC experience from start to finish. We went knowing what we wanted and we had a price that we knew we had to stick to. We were doubtful it would happen but they went above and beyond to get us in the car I wanted. Excellent customer service from every employee we encountered along the way. We have purchased several new cars and this was by far easiest and most hassle free experience weve had.
Horrible place. Salesman was pushy. Wouldnt tell us the price of the truck he showed us, only that we could get financed for it. When he pulled the truck around, the back tail light was busted out. My wife, on the way to the bathroom, overheard the finance manager tell the salesman he didnt want to be there all night. Rude people. Wouldnt send my worse enemy here. The salesman called the next day to see if we were still interested. When I told him no, he got very upset, told me I had terrible credit and was lucky he spent time on me. Avoid this place.
HORRIBLE place to do business. Andre Tilford lied to me about a deal that was being made just to keep me from going anywhere. I purchased a vehicle 10 months ago, only to later find out that guy, Steve Johnson was a felon. They will tell you anything. Mike Thomas who is second in command there stands behind his dishonest sales people they hire. He told me ‘these guys see a customer they see just a sale’.Also, a lot of the good reviews on here are from people who work there! Tim Biery to name one.I will NEVER do business with them again. Taylor seemed knowledgeable and polite but that was the only positive about the experience. Had a simple warranty job to replace my lifters and I had to be the go between EVERYDAY. What should have taken 3 days at the most wound up being me without my car for 10 days. Left messages for Mike the service mngr and never got a call back. If I hadnt been involved EVERYDAY they would have had my car for a month. Oh, and No one ever apologized and they didnt fix my airbag light that only came on after they serviced it. WILL NEVER RETURN
Bought 2018 Charger in October 2018. Something about this place is not right. Only went there cause had color the same as charger I was currently driving. Will never buy or have vehicle serviced there. Got bad feelings about this. Retired military and can honestly say first and last car ever from this place! I was given a part that didnt fit my car to begin with and wasnt told about it. Then I was told to get another part that would definitely fix the problem. I get the part that I was told to get for my car and it didnt work also. So when I called them back to say the part didnt work like it was suppose to work, I was told that I wouldnt be given my money back because I connected the part and it is an electrical part. If it was the correct part to begin with like the dealership told me I wouldnt be in the predicament Im in. So be cautious when buying a part from them, even if they tell you its for your car have a mechanic with you and a picture so you know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in late yesterday to look at a new Dodge Charger R/T and the salesman was great as well as the secretary at the front desk. I have not purchased a car yet since I am still comparing prices but If you want a great experience where you feel welcomed I really think this is the place to go... I also recommend speaking to the Colonel ( Mr. Sanders) since he really knows how to treat customers.

Quite possibly the least helpful dealership Ive been to. Walking in and being ignored by the entire staff including the person working at the central desk for a solid few minutes until I bothered someone to talk to me about seeing one of their trucks.Made a call about a week ago and spoke to a Jason about pricing on ordering in a new truck. He asked me to email him the spec sheet of what Im looking for, and here we are to no answers. Guess theyre doing well enough to not be interested in new customers.Thanks guys. Made that decision easy.

Great experience with this dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Keeping in mind the bottom line is they need to make sales to get paid, because thats the way the world works, they are very helpful in giving you information on the cars you are interested in so you can make a decision thats best for you. At no point in time did we ever feel pressured into buying or even looking at a car we did not want to. Our salesman was always a stones throw away, and he gave us the space we needed to discuss and make our decisions. He was also very genuine in making sure we were content with our decision before we continued with the purchase.If you are honest and upfront about your monthly budget, down payment and credit history they will, to the best of their ability, get you into a car you can afford. Dont waste your own time by not being honest with yourself about such a large purchase! We even called ahead and talked to finance before we even went to the lot.Only time will tell if the Dodge we purchased is actually a car thats worth its salt, but as far as the our experience with the dealership goes A+. We were in and out in about 4 hours, which is good considering it was on a very sunny Saturday and they were pretty packed.

I love my new used car. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey, and it drives great. I also had the dealership install a DVD player and they provided some wireless headphones along with it. I had some issues with the buttons on the drivers side door but Terry McKinley took care of it. Terry was a huge help. I will always recommend my friends and family to him.

I received a letter from Commonwealth Dodge telling me I could trade in the car that I bought from them and keep my payments the same as well as transfer my lifetime drivetrain warranty and also offered lifetime oil changes, a target gift card just for coming in, and a few other things. Sounds too good to be true, right? After finding a car that I liked, I took it for test drive and decided to do up the paperwork to see what we could do. The grill had a small crack on it, had to fight to even get them to offer to fix it, they finally agreed to it. After filling out all the paperwork, they tell me that the life time oil changes are no longer part of it and that they had retracted that. I never even heard anything about the gift card. I didn’t go there just for the freebie, I was very interested in getting a car. The sales person was very condescending, threw papers at me for me to “review” and sign. As I reviewed it, he tells me I dont have to read it, just sign it. I would not recommend buying a car from this company ever!

I am usually not the car lot type of person, have always had horrible experiences with car dealers and lots but Greg Howell was great. He asked what I was looking to do and stuck with the actual limits that I had set. Greg was very helpful and didnt try to push the limits. My car has been at that place for weeks! They are supposed to be waiting on a piece for my car. The delivery date “supposedly” keeps getting changed. If I knew that my car wouldn’t have its piece for weeks I would have taken it somewhere else! It’s been 2-3 weeks of me renting a car just to get around because the department never got their piece for my car. However, they said it was supposed to be here weeks ago! I would have taken my car to another place. In a matter of fact I did, the only reason why I changed my mind and it took it to the dealership was because I thought they could be trusted with my car. Not only am I supposed to pay a huge amount for the piece and to have it installed, but I already buy a bunch of money into rental cars. Next time I have a problem with my car, I will never take it here!!! Furthermore, I will buy a car from this shady dealership!!!!!!! Not once did they even apologize for the wait. I’ve been lied to and I just wasted my money fooling with them.

Claimed there was only one code to fix my car when reported to BBB. That was a lie, i was told there was multiple codes and that they just went with the cheapest part, mafs. However i took it to a mechanic and he knew what the problem was by me discribing the issues. A common issue with dodge advegers. He fixed several others before mine same peoblem. I will never take my car to a dealership again. You built the car so you should know how to fix it the 1st time, instead of my trying to bring it back to discount the next fix on it.
Well it definitely was not a lie about the reviews service there sucks. Just went in and the receptionist was too busy playing her tablet then to even notice that Ive been standing there for about five minutes, and then I had to basically jump up in the air before anybody noticed that I was back in the back in the service department zero acknowledgment.

I dont know what I was thinking 10 months ago when I entered into a sales agreement with these folks. They sure saw my coming. 3 months after I bought it, I took it in for an oil change. I was told the spark plugs need to be changed, thats 18 in this baby, totally $900, what really sucks is being in this damned warranty agreement so I cant do it myself apparently. And you would think, any respectful dealership would have already performed those kind of services before putting it up for sale. I could go on, but it just gets nastier.
They still use high pressure sales tactics! Also, I was looking for a 4 wheeldrive SUV and since the one I likedwas way out of my budget and they brought me a recent trade in! That wasnt 4 wheeldrive but they tried to sell it as one and asking if I would buy it if they got the monthly payment down to what I was wanting, but didnt give me a price on the Jeep! Getting a price down only means extending the payments longer and costing more because of the interest! But the salesmen were pretty nice, especially the rookie, which is the one that was trying to find me an actual 4 wheeldrive SUV! Lol
I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership. I have bought two cars in the past from Commonwealth Dodge, but this was a terrible experience. I was looking to trade in my car for a truck. Admittedly, I knew I was upside down on my car and a deal might be difficult (information that I shared up front). Also admittedly, I am not that financially savvy in terms of understanding exactly how auto loans are figured. Although my salesperson was fine, the sales manager, Kenny, was rude, condescending, and dishonest. When I asked for him to indulge me by going through the calculations with me so that I understood, he told me he didnt have to and that the computer did it all. When I said I wasnt comfortable with it, he said, Some people dont know when their getting a good deal. Finally, I was able to speak with someone in the finance department who explained the loan to me to my satisfaction, and we were able to agree to terms on the loan. Part of the agreement was that I would put $500 down. I waited well over another hour on paperwork and allowed my debit card to be charged the $500 because I was led to believe we had a deal. I finally insisted that I needed to get home and would return the next day. They even had me clean out my trade in and let me take the truck home. I was told the paperwork would be ready for me the next day. Upon returning the next day, the deal was not what we had agreed upon. I was obviously angry, especially because they had taken my money under false pretenses. I demanded my money from Kenny to which he replied, Ill put it back on your card. That was five days ago, and my $500 is still not back in my account. Since then, Ive received texts from the customer service manager still attempting to sell me the truck, assuring me that my money would be put back, yet it never has. Kenny, if you read this, I would just like to say that I work in healthcare and if we ever cross paths in my arena, rest assured that you will be treated with the respect that a customer, or another person for that matter, deserves. Im sure you dont care, and thats fine with me. However, I will never give you my business again and I will do my best to discourage any of my friends, family, and anyone who will listen from shopping at Commonwealth Dodge.

Absolute RIP off! As a veteran owned small business every dollar counts. Taylor, service advisor, called to tell me it would be just under $2,000.00 to fix an issue with the heater on a 2 year old van. Charged me $120.00 to tell me this. Got it fixed elsewhere for just under $400.00. We purchased several small vans, brand new, from this dealership in the past. That will NEVER happen again

Commonwealth dodge is a dishonest car dealership. You better think twice. A sale price just below $10,000 after their bogus financing, ended up $18.000 thats the price of the car literally doubled. Was told their usual bank wouldnt finance the car for the required months to pay it off. Informed me they used a bank I will not disclose. I notified the agency and they had no knowledge or paperwork of any such loan. I have a form that CD presented to me allegedly from the financial institution. So why doesnt that institution have any such paperwork. I called commonwealth Dodge back and imformed a salesman that I had spoken to a spokesperson at at the Bank. He said he would call me back.Never have I ever been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. He threatened to send the Police to my house for theft by deception because I wanted to return the car. I am unsure of his name but hes a manager in the store. I think his name is ROBERT, Who does that type of mess. I should have reviewed them first. This is another dissatisfied customer down below. F....K commonwealth dodge. There are plenty whove had bad experiences with these people. Cant blame the one who sold it to me. Im hoping he was uninformed of these bogus actions.
Walked in just to look at a 2016 challenger hellcat. Mr. Webb approached me. Was very friendly and open. Gave me the information I wanted. Short amd sweet no salesman jargon. We worked out deals and numbers and we both walked away happy.
