Without a doubt, the best around! They are excellent at diagnosing the problem and resolving it (at a fair price). Not only that, but they are always very kind, personable, and explain what is going on. I had some issues out of my 1966 Oldsmobile and every time Ive taken it to them, Medleys is not only quick and responsive but they are fix my issue. They go above and beyond. Troy (who is a huge asset for Medleys) took it upon himself to make sure I got what I needed. On my car I needed a part rebuilt and they graciously found someone to rebuild it (because its outside of their scope) and fixed my issue. I am overly impressed and cannot recommend them more highly. Troy and everyone at Medleys on Campbell St. are incredible and I would not got elsewhere.

Got my DOT Inspection done Great service and honest people. Troy let me know, they found a $20.00 bill under the seat and gave it to me. Thats what honest people done. Will be back next year.

Medleys is our go-to car shop! They are very honest with everything they do. They will give you the correct information. They communicate with you very well to make sure you are getting done exactly what you want. They have always done a great job with our cars, vans and trucks. The prices have always been reasonable. There are sometimes that the price ends up less expensive than what we expected because they found a cheaper part. I know with them being a family run business they are going to treat you like family. I believe they do. I wouldnt trust anywhere else with our vehicles.

I didnt want to even give you all one star but I had no choice. WHAT. A. JOKE. YOU. ARE. My brother paid you all GOOD money. Almost 3k to fix his very first car that he has ever owned and on top of it, his most prized possession. He TRUSTED you all with his car and if I didnt know any better, YOU ALL STOLE HIS RADIO! Are you kidding me?! My brother is the nicest person on the planet and did not deserve your DESPICABLE service. He asked you where his radio was and you told him that you would reimburse him at a reasonable price. He goes a purchases a new radio with money he DIDNT have because he forked it all over to you! He brings in the receipt and all of a sudden the same gentleman who told him he would give him his money back is not responsible for stolen items??? You all stole his radio. How much more obvious can you be?! What a joke. Dont give these people your money. They clearly do not care about their customers!! I hope you enjoy his radio, THIEVES! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!!! To anyone considering this place, think about leaving your car with people who feel entitled to your belongings. Im sure there are more respectable places than this.

Old school mechanics, treat my car as if it were theirs. I never feel taken advantage of, and they have great patience explaining what the vehicle needs and why. Fast, honest, knowledgable.

I had the front bearings replaced in my 2002 Explorer. they were fast and reasonable with their service and pricing. I will use them in the future.

Dont use this facility if youre just passing through town! They have no extended warranty outside of the Louisville area to fix anything they might have done incorrectly as is my case!

Fixed a rusted frame rail on my Jeep wrangler and did a fantastic job! I would recommend them for any frame repair.

Honest, fair and always fixed right the first time.

Took car in for timing belt replacement. Kept car for two days. When I got car back alternator went out before I got home. After having them replace the alternator, had to have new alternator installed six months later. NEVER AGAIN!
