Anytime we get a tire from this shop its always great quality... Always great service and never any issues with the tires. They offer a 3 day warranty and Ive never had to use it because the quality of the tires are amazing. Very professional and always kind and helpful. I picked up a screw in my tire on my way to work. I stopped into this business and they repaired my tire in record time! The staff is so polite and professional and this was the fastest tire service Ive ever had! I will most definitely come back here again! And Ive already told my coworkers about them as well.

The white guy with the glasses really went above and beyond on the “customer service” and really made me feel completely confident in my choice of tire. And even searched “high and low” literally for the ABSOLUTE BEST TIRE FOR MY VEHICLE. I think it was about 10 years ago I got a $20 tire there and it lasted me 5 years the guys there are very friendly and professional and they do a great job

Came here with a flat tire right before closing. Dude ran out to fix it right away- took the tire off, plugged it, inflated it, checked for other holes, put it back on and put my donut back in my car for me. All in about 10 minutes, for $10! I was blown away! Definitely will come back in the future.

The older gentleman that works there is excellent. He can spot whatever is going on with your tire. Not trying to work him to death; but his excellent service is worth the wait.

Broke the stud off my tire, then told me he isnt responsible to replace, said that if I went and got the stud he would only charge me 50 to put it back on. 🤔 he broke my tire and wanted me to pay to fix it, keep in mind I been a loyal customer at this place for 3 years! Very unprofessional with all the junkies working there!!!!

They charged me way too much to charge my freon. Took advantage of me for sure. Then, I brought in a map sensor that I bought, charged way too much for that just to come to find out, they stole my part and never replaced it. Terrible place with nothing but junkies that work there.

I have a 2011 Kia Sorento, I went in for brakes and they broke my caliper bolt. It got so bad with the noise, I took it back and they wanted more money to fix something they broke. They are unprofessional and I will be taking them to small claims court. I want my money.

These guys are shady, picked up a car from there and the hood wasnt latched down and it flew off on the expressway, they denied everything and refused to replace it. Lucky no one was killed. Do not go there.

Bad business people. I sent this review to the wrong people. It wasnt for OReilly Auto Parts, this is for A A Tire Auto Repair.The photo below, is what an employee from another shop sent me, after he as well as the other dudes at that shop, gave me the run-a-round about fixing my tire. I told the dude I was taking my car to another shop that wanted my money and this is what I received in return. Those dudes are horrible when it comes to fixing peoples car, especially on the weekends. One dude checked my tire and said it had five holes in the doughnut, but he walked away to help someone else and just left me standing there. Ive been going there for years and its constantly new workers there. They argue in front of the customers over who is getting the next car and will not make their mistakes right.who would want to spend their money with people like them and especially when they curse you out because of their mess ups.

Called these guys at 6 on Saturday evening. I got to the shop at 6:30 with a bolt stuck in the rear tire. They got right on it and fixed. And they were very reasonable. My girlfriend had taken this car last time with a small nail in the tire to Ken Towery. They tried to tell her all the tires were bad. Incidentally I called them at for this. I called them at 5 they closed at 6. I was 5 min away and they wouldnt help me.

Great service GREAT prices quick work in and out. I came into get a front tire and an oil change Chip and John where there on a Sunday of all days and greeted me with a smoile. Paid 65 bucks for a near new tire and an oil change what can I say but I WON in this transaction its been a month and the tire is still good!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came here to figure out why my car was making a weird noise, they told me my two front routers were bad so they replaced them. From there my car started making even more noises, really loud squeaking I came back the next day & they took my wheels off to check ab two weeks later my left tire FLEW OFF MY CAR WHILE I WAS GETTING OFF THE EXPRESS WAY FROM THEM NOT TIGHTENING THE WHEEL PROPERLY. I will never come here for anything concerning my vehicle again.

Replaced tires

Hit a curb which damaged my rim and blew my tire on Saturday night. Happily found this place open on Sunday. They took a look and were able to straighten the rim and get a tire on in under 30 minutes and for under $50.

So yeah they totally screwed up my car when they put new tires on. They tightened my lug nuts so tight that it broke my lug wrench and my break bar trying to get the wheel off to fix there mistake (direction tires were wrong). When I took it back to them to fix they refused. They said take it to Dad’s muffler to fix it. I asked why I have to pay for there screw up? They would deflect saying that it’s my lugs nuts are the issue and then next it was too rusty to undo.These people are so not good. Stay away! Small claims court is next to get a resolution.

Terrible service . Bought tire yesterday and it was scraping really bad, went to discount tire to get a rotate and balance and the tire i just bought was on the verge of busting so i had to buy a brand new tire there, brought the tire back to recieve my money back nd they wouldnt give it to me even with 3 day warranty receipt . Bad service!
