DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! They have had my car for a recall for over 3 mos. I am disabled with a 14-year-old daughter and need my car as my husband is about to leave for a month on business. They have not tried to keep in touch nor resolve the frustration from this. There was a fake response on yelp about this issue but when trying to follow up with them, no response. A total rip-off of a service center. Who keeps a car for three months and still can’t tell us when we’ll get it back??? They have ruined a great chance to upgrade our truck because we only have the truck and cannot be without it for the down payment on the new truck as we have to have transportation for m husband and kid. They have more than inconvenience my family and about to even more so. Horrible horrible way to do business. They do not care about their customers at all!Update: I was finally offered a loaner vehicle until I get mine back and the woman who called me to give an update was extremely nice and so was the guy who brought out the loaner.

One month wait time for emergency repairs on 3 year old car. Been trying to contact for a loaner but havent heard anything.
