Raymundo and his team were absolutely incredible. I called around to get quotes from over ten different hardwood floor companies, and Raymundo was the fastest to reply and the fastest to come by to take a look and give me a quote. We live in a house build in 1905, and the hardwood floors upstairs were covered with very old vinyl + the accompanying glue used to apply the vinyl on top of the original hardwood. We wanted to restore the floors to the original hardwood which involved having the vinyl carefully removed and the glue sanded down/removed. Raymundo and his team have a lot of experience with this, and after discussing the process with him I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and would not damage the original floors when removing the vinyl and glue. (Another room upstairs had been redone by someone else at one point and the flooring company then had ruined the original wood by tearing up the vinyl without taking the proper care in doing it. This is why I was so cautious about hiring someone to do the front two rooms correctly).After waiting a few months, because Raymundo was fully booked, Raymundo and his team were able to come and complete the job in 4 days. Not only did they do it quickly without any hiccups, they did it BEAUTIFULLY. The floors are restored and the satin finish polyurethane looks incredible on the freshly sanded and restored wood. I walk around upstairs and simply can not believe how beautiful the floors look. THANK YOU RAYMUNDO for your attention to detail and your expertise in this field!
