BEST OF THE BEST! David and his staff gave us awesome prices...had amazing inventory...and the install was perfect of our lovely new carpeting! he really took care of us and made the process fun and easy...they even moved and disassembled our bed and night stand and reassembled it again better than it was before ... A++! Truly a 5 star experience...highly highly recommend!

A great find! Me & my husband needed to change the carpeting in our apartment and we actually wanted to have it done fast (within couple days, which was a problem for a lot of stores) and we had a budget constraint.These guys were extremely helpful, they got the job done literally next day and we ended up saving some money compared to the quotes we’ve received from other stores. I am loving our new carpet!

Another good G+ find.It was a little strange that the showroom/office is up in a high-rise office building, but it all works and Linda has a lot of patience to work with clients until they find what they like.Measuring and installation appointments were on schedule, and the two rooms came out perfect.

I wish I could give them 10 stars - BEST OF THE BEST. They installed my new Mirage hardwood floors and they look amazing. This is how amazing- every time a contractor comes in to my place - they comment on what a great job Plaza did on my installation. They are all so helpful and I could not recommend more!!! Oh yea and did I mention- GREAT PRICES!!!

Horrible experience here. Im an interior designer and I came in here looking for some flooring for a client. I called ahead of time to ask if they offered samples to designers and the man on the phone said yes.I arrived there, and the older man who helped me said that he would need a business card in order for me to take samples. I thought that was fair so I gave him my business card. Then, he wanted my business address. I thought that was fair so I gave him my business address. Then, he asked me for my drivers license and my home address - I gave him my drivers license (Ive come all the way here already) and I said I was uncomfortable giving out my home address.He shook his head, said OK. I proceeded to look through their selection. Five minutes later, the same man came up to me and said: sorry, my manager isnt comfortable giving samples unless you give us a cash deposit.Not only was I given complete misinformation, but this lascivious old man had absolutely no reason to ask for my personal information.Horrible experience. Unfortunately for them, I dont plan on using them as a design resource.
