Prime Hardwood Floors did an absolutely beautiful job with our floors. We had the entire house done right after we bought it, and our time table, since we needed to move into the place at a specific time, was really tight. They were able to accommodate that time table, and even changed their schedule for when the clear coats would be put down midway through the job to ensure that we could move into the house on time. I highly recommend them.

All I can say is I am so happy with the way the hardwood floors turned out. I have a lot of parties at the house and the hardwood floors were pretty beat up. Need refinishing but I have allergies and asthma and can not handle the dust from construction. There was no dust at all. The refinished hardwood floors look exquisite. The quality and feel is remarkable. I love to have parties and show off my hardwood floors.

I just had Prime Hardwood Floors install cork and they did an exceptional job. Not only is their work great, the installers are amazingly friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was sad to see them leave.

The owner David is completely unreachable, he fails to call back. I would give 0 if I could. Although their quote was almost double other vendors. I figured the service and quality of work is what we were paying for. I scheduled a project for wednesday the 14th of June. I called to confirm on Monday the 12th, there was no response. I emailed them and there response stated that I was not scheduled for any work. They continued to tell me that they could start working in The beginning of July, one and a half months after my estimate date. My team manages millions of sq. Ft of commercial and residential property throughout Southern California. I have never dealt with such an incompetent vendor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with GRIME hardwood
