We are currently living in Glendale temporarily and bought a house in Arizona that needed new floors. Picking out floors remotely was incredibly challenging however Sarkis was extremely helpful educating us on types of wood floors, caring process, longevity, etc. He also helped us find the color tone of wood we were looking for. Sarkis also kept us updated with shipment of our floors and they arrived on time as scheduled. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our floors thanks to United Flooring.

I was looking for wood flooring to match the existing floors in my new home. The plank size I needed was irregular and I exhausted all of my options at other stores. When I went to United Hardwood Flooring, Sarkis went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. While he did not carry the floor I was trying to match, he was able to locate the planks I needed from another vendor and was even willing to drive and pick the wood up himself.Incredibly pleased with my experience here!

I can’t recommend Sarkis and the team at United Hardwood enough. We were putting new laminate floors into our home, and felt completely comfortable with Sarkis. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products on his showroom and helped guide us toward the best flooring for our home. They installed about 1500 sq ft of laminate in under 2 days. It looks fantastic!

They walked me through what kind of floor I had (based on pictures of the sample I removed from the old floor) and made sure to give me a good quote, and get the wood delivered same day, which was astonishing!Considering the number of other companies I called for quotes today theyve been hands down the most responsive and helpful.

I found this company searching through loads of reviews online. And when they fitted my floors in my new house I was so happy with the results, I forgot to review!! Time to give credit where its due...We went to a lot of the top rated floor places in LA, and found that Sarkis had the best selection to our tastes and gave the most honest advice on what we needed. He was very patient with us and never felt like he was trying to up sell or anything like that. We found a Monarch Plank engineered wood we loved.When the floors were fitted he came to the site each day to check up on things and the installation crew were headed by his uncle. (We have used a lot of companies where the guy selling the product has no hands on relationship with the people doing the work, and my experience with United was very different to that.)Because of this, there was a sense of accountability and pride of work throughout the whole process. Me and my wife are pretty fussy, I have to admit, and to me the installation was pretty close to flawless. They also cleaned up as they worked. Weve had people come in and make a real mess, but this was not the case with Sarkiss crew. When they left the house was spotless. Out of all the things weve done updating our new house, this was the one process where there no issues and everything went smoothly with great results. Would definitely use these guys again!

Sarkis and his crew put down some new hardwood floor in my house in Mid-City that connected to existing, old hardwood floor. They sanded and refinished the old and new floor and the connection between the two is barely noticeable. It looks outstanding!Sarkis was very helpful with all my questions. He was way more responsive than all of the alternative hardwood flooring companies that I reached out to. At the same time, his offer was by far the most competitive.I also got the chance to check out the show room, which was great! I highly recommend checking it out if you are unsure about the flooring you want to go with and want to see some samples.
