Prime crew did an outstanding job on my hardwood floor refinishing.An amazing repair of the old parquet and restore two more rooms. They installed a brand new read oak hardwood floor on the existing base floor. They did all stairs with red oak as well.Everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction (I am a freak for details). Additionally, their customer service is one of the best I ever experienced. The project was done in a timely manner.I would give 10 stars if I could. Before hiring Prime, I have talked to 3 more companies and got quotes. Prime was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Prime went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. They patched several areas where we had removed walls and cabinets. They sanded, stained and finished the entire first floor. They taped plastic all over the built-in cabinets and doorways and even the stairwell so it really didnt make too much of a mess and the crew was very good about cleaning up everything. The floors look amazing and we are thrilled!
