Be careful when you pull into there structure asking for assistance or information regarding any type of event that’s close to Quality parking. Just last night I was working at the spider man mover primier with 15/40 production showing in Westwood 12/1/18 and parking staff member Cruz Itcep Told me I’m not allowed to park in 15/40 production parking that was assigned to us. He told me just for passing through I have to pay $20 parking which was crazy cause I was only passing through. Then I get out my car to alert an employee that works with me to move a van for me so I can park 2 mine later the employee pulls a car in front of mine and demanded $20 This is how they make there money Extorting the public. Director Dan Pack acted very unprofessional over the phone while reporting the situation the right way. But to put the cherry on top This Cruz guy decided to key my vehicle because he knew I would report his but I will be seeking legal assistance regarding criminal charges against that employee.Choose another parking service for your event

Dear brentwood garden valeti dined with Baltaire resturaunt last night and did valet service with you guys. i pulled to the parking zone for the valet and asked the employee if i can valet here while i eat along the san vicente strip. the guy did not verify which specific resturaunt qualifies for $2/hr with valet, he said “as long as it’s on the strip”i come back with my validation 2 hours later and could not find the valet zone with the cones. i look harder and see an underground parking plaza associated with brentwood gardens. this was very frustrating as not everyone will understand where to find the valet workers.i arrived at the pay window and the women charged me $14 for the 2 hours i dined. i was denied $2/hr. i explained i was mistold on what resturaunt brentwood gardens valets with. dont get me wrong, i can pay, but i was told i can eat along the strip and pay $2/hr with validation. already being upset, confused, and not in the right mind to argue— i paid. i am reviewing this service to inform you that i was told “i’m wrong” and that “next time i should ask” when i shouldnt have been misled. it was rude to accuse me of lying. and to not honor the validation was poor customer service. please specify in your parking validation ticket which resturaunts or area you can validate in, and next time teach the employees to not say san vicente strip as this strip is long with multiple valet services and resturaunts.
