The employee Ark was super nice, considerate, and genuinely helpful. His boss left with the credit card device and forgot to bring it back to do transactions. I was rushed on time, and Ark went out of his way to help me find alternative ways to pay for it through ATM or places nearby and called his boss multiples to try to work out a discount for me.Although the management needs some improvement here as with most LA parking venues, this place at least has a heart and dont try to cop out more money out of you or be apathetic and unhelpful if theres a problem.

Worst parking experience of my life. We come back to leave, and the only employee here left our key in a manager’s car. Had to wait two hours for it to be returned to us. Complete morons here. DO NOT COME HERE. PERIOD.

Had to call the police, they blocked my car with two small kids in it. For one hour! Worst company ever, beware!
