Needed some assistance just moving my car not a block or down the street but just to park it in the parking spot better cuz Im taking up 2 spots and I cant move the car cuz its totalled total for the small adjustment was 175$ Id rather get towed again its cheaper lmao would not recommend ❌🧢

They steal things from the cars they take to their yard, and when you ask them they dont know anything and they play dumb….

7/15/20 City Terrace Truck #14 took Box Canyon Rd as a short cut to get to the 118 fwy.Box Canyon Road is limited to No Trucks over 6,000 Lb.He had A City of LA street sweeper on his truck.Taking Box Canyon Road endangers other drivers and creature a traffic jam behind him.Taking Topanga would have been faster and safer.If your driving a truck, dont trust ways appDan

They arrived before the time they promised, and the man who came to help us was polite.

I’ve used another tow company for years and after all my years of being a client they left me stranded on the side of the 101 freeway for over 3 hours and told me they couldn’t come out AFTER 3 hours of waiting. In a panic, I looked up City Terrace Tow because I remembered seeing their trucks before. They were so kind and helpful over the phone. Assured me that a truck would be coming in an hour and on top of all they gave me a BETTER RATE. I have a fleet of 24 buses and will ALWAYS use City Terrace Tow from here on out. Better customer service and most importantly the best rate in town.
