My husband and I had the undercarriage of our vehicle come loose on the freeway, it was vent and we were not able to drive. We called Inter city towing and we received the best service we have have ever from a towing company. We spoke with Eliza and she was very professional and kind, understood our situation and quickly sent Bamen, he was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing and took us to another location without charging us an arm in a leg to have it looked at. Over all quick and stress less experience with this company. Thank you Inter City towing, Inc for your service.

AAA member.... dispatched this towing company. Waited an hour for Inter City Towing to dispatch another company. The owner stated my house was a car lot....it is none of her business to state how many cars I own or make remarks ! My issue was with the owner or female manager at this place.

First guy picked up my Benz 2016 cls didn’t have time to tow to Victorville so dropped it off at his office n second driver was told tow car to Victorville never was told the keys was in the car so he dragged my new car with only 38,000 miles up the ramp once to Victorville advice him the keys are in the car at this time the car would not move forward or back and these type of cars u do not drag up due it can cause damage to the transmission the driver took responsibility while getting yelled at by his employers I then spoke to the employers and said that they would talk to me the next day it has now been four days and I have not got not one call back from any of them and keep giving me the runaround next step is I’m going to have to take them to court for this matter I would not recommend anybody getting the car towed by these unprofessional people I would never use them In my life and now not wanting to pay the damages I will see them in court

I got a flat on my Sunday outing to Santee alley and came across this facility that offered new/used tires since it was right off alameda. The worker quoted me a price I wasnt willing to pay for a used tire but then came back with a lower price since we were about to leave. I went along with the lower price but to my luck as I was driving home to Ontario that day the tire popped on me while I was driving on the freeway. It was a terrifying experience since I was in the number 1 lane on the freeway and had to roll all the way to the right. Since I was alone this time I had to purchase AAA and ultimately this tire replacement cost me $200 for a used tire that didnt even last me 24 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not purchasing any tires or services from this facility. They are not selling safe tires to their customers nor do they care. I called the next day to explain what happened and what they can do with refunding or replacing it. The customer service girl Bertha took down my number said she would talk with the owner and I have yet to hear back from her. Very disappointed and unsatisfied!!!

Good place for storage AAA accidents

Estimated arrival time of 1 hour and 10 minutes was not out of the ordinary for LA County. Waited patiently 30 minutes passed that time before calling to get an updated ETA on the tow truck, and was told they could not provide the service at all. Thanks for letting me know that you couldnt make it out, guys.

Was told they would be here in 10 minutes after being told by AAA that they were already at our location. Waited over 1 hour.

Car ran outa gas on my way home, called aaa, and then in less than half an hour a very nice man came to the rescue with emergency supply and i was on my way home. Excellent service thank u truly saved me

Called aaa for service they dispatch inter city tow .I waited for 45 min and then some kid shows up in little girly tow truck and said my 2004 2500 Chevy van is to heavy for his tow truck.so I asked him so ok then send a bigger truck and his response was i dont know...Terrible service all around ....I would never recommend ythis company
