I was in an accident which was not my fault. Both my passenger and I had to go to the hospital. I left the keys in the car so they could move it. When I picked up the car they didnt have my key and alarm fob. Although the car had been in an accident, both driver and passenger mirrors were not touched. When I picked up the car from here the driver side mirror had been broken. For what they are charging you (about 400 for 3 days in my case) think they be more careful. After asking him what I needed to do about the key he said to make a police report which Ill be doing. Again the accident was not my fault, the guy ran a red light so if you can get AAA to tow the car to your house, do that instead of letting them tow it to their yard.

No way!!! OPG has been under the radar and now theyve picked up my truck illegally, impounded. Without any intentions of allowing me to recollect any of my properties outta my truck. THIS IS ONGOING AND I WONT GIVE UP THAT EASY.

The big guy behind the desk has attitude. He speaks to you like if you are a child. The woman that took over is great. Real nice. Great attitude. Having said that . They charge an arm and a leg.

Javier and Hector were amazing and helped us out with our stolen trailer. Hector even let us borrow a tow hitch to tow our trailer to get it fixed.

Absolute Towing is great. They are a large family-owned business and offer various transportation, towing, and auction services. I have worked with Hector & George at this facility.Read between the lines on these reviews. Of course people that got their car towed for illegally parking are leaving 1star reviews. Or those who overlooked an auction vehicle and thought they are at a car dealership are upset. You just need to know what you are doing before you get your hands dirty. Leave it to the professionals!

You know no one likes getting there car impounded so you usually want to tell the tow company off just like police but this place was just doing there job and thats all they did there was no issues with my property missing like Ive had to deal with at other tow yards before so for that Im grateful and appreciative to these guys its bad enough I had to come out the pocket more then I can afford but all my stuff was there thank you for being honest and not a p.o.s like freddie macs towing employees are in el monte

Very helpful in recovering my dads stolen vehicle. They called the when they found the vehicle to verify and gave notice of availability for pick up. They answered all questions in both English and Spanish

They illegally towed my car for simply one month out if tags, and asked for $460 fees and storage, etc.

Talk about good company. I could not have imagine such good service- these guys are considerate- thats what they are.They went beyond with us.

This place is terrible and the city of Los Angeles should be ashamed to do business with these crooks. People were extremely rude as well.

1.-Fail to report car towing to the authorities, 2.-Telephone number on the sign is not a working.Im stressing over this The nonworking number on the sign and them not reporting the car at all, it made me delay so I was not able to find out where my car was on my phone until I walked in to the police station .The officer on duty called a couple of towing services until he found my car at Absolute Towing .By this time they was closed so Lost my day at work plus a well deserved ticket and $300 .excellent customer service, employees keep it kool under any situation.

My car was towed here and I was not given any warnings/notices or left any tickets after the fact, had to have the city direct me here. Went in to surrender my title (as that’s all I could afford to do) and the lady inside was pretty short with me. (Sorry if I have questions, you literally STOLE my car without any kind of warning?) After surrendering my car and title they said they would notify the DMV so I would not be billed or ticketed further, and they never notified them. Received a “notice of enforcement of sanctions” on my car TODAY; I was towed/surrendered the title over three months ago. Horrible horrible company.

ABSOLUTE worst towing company in LA. Not only are they completely unprofessional and disrespectful, they are also negligent and wildly incompetent. They also clearly dont know how to operate their own equipment. They damaged my car while it was being towed and completely denied it even though it was obvious it was their fault. It is incomprehensible to me that this is the contracted towing company for Los Angeles. LA would be better off getting a pack of dogs to tow cars like a sled than having these buffoons do it.

Terrible place they treat you like a criminal.

I didnt come because I got my car towed I actually came because of the car auction the prices seem very reasonable but I think its based on the locations where the cars are actually towed from so the surrounding area seems to be a poor neighborhood so a lot of the cars that you were going to get here theyre not going to be top of the line so the average rate did you going to pay for the car is going to be between 300 and $800.
