Love this new spot! Been wanting to try out cycling but there werent many places to choose from in this neighboorhood. So far Ive done 4 rides and Ive become addicted. All the instructors are awesome and have their own style, making sure you get a great workout. Big fan of the headphones! They help me zone out and just focus on the ride. The bikes are sleek and the space is beautiful. Plus you get an essential oil scented cold towel! Definitely recommend everyone to check it out.

Echo Cycle is awesome! Full disclosure, I am a member of the neighbor Crossfit gym but not usually a SPIN guy. I have dropped in 4 times in the first two weeks and really have enjoyed adding extra cardio to my workout routine.Things to know about Echo Cycle:Location is great and street parking is available near the gym.Studio is cool and puts you in the zone.Bikes have monitors that track resistance and RPMs to let you know how youre doing.Studio uses headphones during class which are great because you can turn up the volume and still hear the instructor.Instructors and the people that take the SPIN class are super cool.Definitely recommend Echo Cycle!
