Hello, when you enter Karsh, you will be greeted by a security woman who will take your temperature, take a photo of the back of your ID and take a photo of you so you have a sticker ID for verification. They offer a dentist and an optometrist. They have very clean bathrooms, a clean lobby, and respectful attendants. Thank you.

Volunteer Susan and security guards demonstrate excellent customer service. Receptionist Lupe is rude. Director Liz Ross likes Lupe so much that she allows Lupes rudeness to continue.

Very NEW building- parking and entrance: you NEED your drivers license or some sort of ID to enter into premises. They scan your ID and take the picture part and make it into your sticker as you enter the building.(Ive never entered a place like this before)- reception/ lobby : super helpful people.Free keurig coffee/tea/milk chocolateFree little bags of chip/ pretzels/ granola bars***HAS CHILDREN PLAY AREA ***- small table of games for all ages- Bookshelf of books- Table and chairs for children( they are all donations and this center promotes family time & literacy- every child can take home with them ONE book and ONE handmade teddy bears EVERY visit )- this place offers medical needs of dentistry, Optomtry, counseling, psychiatric needs, and general legal services for the community and for those who qualify for medi-CAL.- this place also has a huge FOOD PANTRY that has been serving the community for over five years.
