We had been having trouble with our Kenmore washer and dryer for the past few days. I described the fact that the washer had stopped spinning and it would get stuck in the rinse cycle with water still in the basin. This appliance repair is great! They recently came out to repair my dryer. It would not turn on and I thought I was going to have to replace the whole unit! It started making a really funny sound and it would not kick on! The repair man arrived on time and he showed me that the knob on the dryer was just loose and falling through the back of the machine. My wife and I recently found ourselves in desperate need of GE fridge repair service. He checked the baking element and soon found out that there were plenty of blisters on them. Some parts of the baking element had also burned out. Ok, so despite the over five-hundred five-star reviews, I was surprised how great these guys were. I had what I thought was a fan failure light go off on my Bertazzoni oven. Specialist came out, looked at it, and dispelled my concerns. Turns out nothing was wrong; we thought a warning light was on but it wasnt! Instead of taking advantage of our call, as other places might, he told us everything was ok. He even pointed out the place where these ovens typically have problems (small hole in the biggest burner). Really a great experience. Your worker was great, despite being greeted by a big German Shepherd and two screaming kids. I highly recommend E Appliance Repair Co. I like their service very much.
