Very well ran company, assigned by my home insurance to repair my refrigerator and stove. I got a call from them and the following day they where at my doorstep punctual as planned. Very knowledgeable and profession, Alex and his co-workers where able to fix our appliances the same day. By far will be our go to guys if we run into any issues in the future.

Ive had my LG washer and dryer for 11 years. I thought I was going to have to breakdown and purchase a new set. The washer door wasnt properly sealing causing it to leak and the dryer was not drying my clothes. Archie came out to give me an estimate and his pricing was hands down much better than purchasing new ones. He diagnosed the problem and fixed them rather quickly and I am very happy with them. The Freezer for my Maytag refridgerator gave out on me and its only 3 years old. I called a repairman that a friend suggested and he gave me a list of parts that needed to be replaced. Simply the best appliance company I have ever come across. They scheduled me in, called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and gave a Free estimate to repair my Viking Refrigerator. I have been very disappointed with the local company, as they could not fix it. To my surprise all it needed was a cleaning. Cali Service and Repair was referred by my neighbor after struggling with two local appliance companies that were ridiculously over price and not very well presentable. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Archie about the problem i was having with my GE Monogram not cooling, and had his crew Jesse and Robert at my door step with red booties over their work boots within half hour of me speaking to him. they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. they worked on my fridge and advised that my parts would be expedited.
