The service tech came in and right away had an attitude about the call almost like he didnt want to work that day.i tried to explain to him what the problem wasbut he wouldnt listen and never open the ice maker witch was the initial call

We have 4 short-term vacation rentals in Corona del Mar. It is next to impossible to get dependable HVAC mini-split service in this beach community. If the HVAC vendor didnt install, they wont work on it. If you do find a HVAC company to come out, you can wait over a week for service. We have Airbnb / VRBO reviews that can ruin our business if the A/C isnt working for a guest, so timely and accurate work is critical for our successful business. So this is the second time weve used West Coast Chief Repair and both times had an outstanding service person. Andy made sure the repair worked before billing. Doesnt get any better than that! Mars was the first technician we used on our HVAC replacement in Whittier - so a shout out to Mars as well.

Very expert and professional diagnosis but the 99 dollars fee does not get applied towards further repairs. The labor for exchanging a board and a sensor was 245 dollars in addition to the 99 dollars already paid and that is labor only (no parts) Too expensive and not worthy of a Dryer.

I used this company through my home warranty to repair my A/C during the summer. Of course it was a week filled with 90+ degree temps. -.- The problem turned out to be a broken blower motor. Since I had an old furnace, they had to order my part. So I waited 3 days until they came back to replace the part. The guy, Vlad, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Knew what he was doing...in & out in no time & I had COOL A/C the rest of summer!! I will definitely be using this company again in the future!

It’s a scam. They only try to charge you $95 fee. The guy showed up, couldn’t even give me an estimate, it didn’t seem he had a slight Idea of what he was trying to do. Said that he needs time and will get back to me in 3 days and asked to pay him $95 for visit. Well, no.

WCC is a fast friendly honest company.I had another service came out who said I needed a $350. part. He left leaving heater on, which stopped half hour later. I looked in unit and saw no new parts. Stopped check😡 and called WCC who came out 4 hrs after call replaced several parts, cleaned unit. Talk to Michael who sent Jack out. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Warm n happy 👏

I was very impressed with the professional service West Coast provided. It was a difficult job, and 2 other companies refused to do it. West Coast didnt complain, didnt argue, and did the job correct in a timely manner. I was super happy with them, and would refer them to all.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with West Coast Chief Repair!!! I was having problems with my freezer- not cooling and making a loud clicking noise. I got an appt on a Sat. The tech showed up Sat, took a look and said he needed to come back on TUES with parts. So, I took a 1/2 day off work. He was supposed to be at my place between 9 and 10. The tech called me at 10 saying he didnt get the supplies and hed have to come back another day. So, I had to take another 1/2 day off work and we scheduled for Thurs. He showed up, took about 30 min fixing my freezer. He told me it would take 24 hours for it to start cooling again. I waited a full 24 hrs and my freezer was still not cooling and the clicking was still there. I made another appointment for SAT between 10 and 2. My appointment was confirmed. I waited until about 1:30, then called to make sure the tech was on his way. They then told me they made a mistake, there was no tech coming and they couldnt get another one out today. Ive had to throw away everything in my freezer and now Im trying new companies. I would not suggest this company.

Wonderful company ! I called them in the morning of thanksgiving to check my oven. They came over within 2 hours, fixed my oven, and charged me less then I paid for my turkey :)!!! very polite, professional, and straightforward. I highly recommend them!

Dont recommend to do any type of business with that guys. Its taking forever to schedule appoint with them! Jessica on a phone was unprofessional and unpolite.When the technician finally arrived. He brought a vintage dishwasher to install. No, no, no!!! Thank you.

The engineer came over, did a full AC maintenance and replaced the thermostat. He did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

These people are nothing more then scam artists, and i would consider all thier good reviews suspect the guy who came out didnt speak nor understand english, he mis diagnosed our refridgerator, came back a second time supposedly fixed it now there is a new issue, called to complain and they were rude and unprofessional, i ha e a 30bday labor warrenty and a 90 dat parts one he hasnt been 30 days now they want $170.00 more dollars, scam, im calling the BBB and immarmgration on the folls, count on it
