Person arrived on time and to my surprise made really great recommendations regarding the options and made it really EZ to make educated decision. I called EZ Plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for redoing my sewer line. My initial impression was that they were very professional. They were able to explain exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take to complete the job. The technicians were always on time and worked efficiently and kept my property clean. The final outcome was exceptional work and the price was very fair compared to the 2 other plumbing companies that I had gotten quotes from. Mike and his crew are plumbing pros. Kudos to EZ-Plumbing. They will be the only plumbing company that I trust for all my plumbing needs.

I had these guys do the plumbing for my rental property in LA. Were in and out. Only took them about 20 minutes to repair my leak under my sink. Prices are pretty standard for a plumber. But the work is phenomenal. Worth it in my opinion. Also, they were the first plumbing company to return my phone call.

A valve in our bathtub broke and nothing but hot water was coming out. The water pressure was also messed up. EZ Plumbing was able to fix the valve and get the water pressure back to normal relatively quickly. The estimated price they gave was honored even after project completion.

Steve came within 15mins of my panicked call to the company. He was very nice and polite, even wiping his boots before coming into the house. He assessed the clog and gave me two options and didnt try to up-sell when I opted for the cheaper option first. He was done within 10 mins of starting. I would definitely call this company again if the need ever arises.

I would give them a zero star review if I could. Like many others, I was referred to EZ Plumbing and Rooter by my home warranty company. They came out to clear a kitchen sink blockage and tried to cable it but were unsuccessful. They then quoted me $4300 to re-pipe the kitchen sink line since they couldnt find the blockage. Needless to say, I called another plumber for a second opinion. Fix All Plumbing came out this morning, ran the cable and cleared the blockage in about an hour. Saved me $4100 dollars.

Had nothing but an amazing experience with them. Wouldnt use any other plumbing company than them. Ive tried a few different ones throughout the years and they were not only the most professional, but also had the most knowledge. I didnt have to worry if someone was taking advantage of me (since I dont know a thing about pipes or plumbing myself). Such a relief!

Unprofessional, dishonest, and they dont know what they are doing! Bear with me - theres a lot to say about this company! This plumber was contracted by our home warranty to replace our water heater. We had the gas company come out the day before because we had a gas leak from the water heater and they turned the gas valve off and shut off the pilot light. Two days after the gas company was here and the day after the tech came to check out the water heater, we smelled gas again, my husband checked the water heater and the tech left the gas valve open and pilot light on! We have a 4 month old son, that is soooooo dangerous for so many reasons! The service tech from EZ Plumbing that left the gas valve open and leaking threw cigarette butts down in our driveway right in front of us!We asked to get a quote on a tankless system and another specialist (aka sales guy) came out. He gave us a quote with lots of ifs - if the gas line isnt big enough, if the water hoses need to be moved...he didnt know what he was doing clearly to give us an accurate quote. After he gave us a quote, he said we had to make a decision that night because the price wouldnt be the same tomorrow. That was super fishy because its not like the amount of work changed overnight! We decided to just replace it with the same setup and not go tankless. They then told us that we had to install another $400 part that was manufacturer required, but not covered by the home warranty and it would take 2-5 business days to replace a simple 40 gallon water heater! EZ Plumbing was clearly trying to take advantage of us! We called home warranty, cashed out and went with a trustworthy and efficient plumber who came out and installed a new water heater the same day.
