Your property on 439 E 107th St is the worst. Tenants have no respect for other properties constantly throwing trash and messing with our cable connection. Cathy Smith is useless and doesnt help the situation.

I been renting from ocean property for 3 yrs Cristina at the fig office is always nice and polite. I have never had any maintenance issues and when I do I just handle things my self as I prefer to. But I see a lot of comments complaining of there customer service I think if you give them attitude you’ll get that same attitude back because they have never been rude to me. Love my house

They will illegally take all your money. They will falsify documents to make it seem like you still live in a property even though you already moved months ago. They will lie and hang up in your face if they dont want to help. They will steal your things and damage them and not replace them

Poor quality, the building next to me already has major cracks and its only been up for about 2 years. They built the house without permits initially. And then they rented out and act as slumlords. One of their rental properties looks like homeless people living in the back and seems to be have turned into a party/drug house. Ocean properties does not tend to their tenants, nor are they mindful on how this affects the community or neighborhoods theyre putting these homes in.

They are a fake company not real need to be known that they scam people out of money money they move Disabled in single woman with children into homes just a scam them out of their government funds into leave them stranded in the street saying that they were evicted a nice reality they pay every month while they take their money and put it God knows where this company needs to be exposed

The property they manage on 119th in Los Angeles is bring the property value down of thr hard working homeowners around themThe tenants constantly fighting with each other outside and the building has been involved in drive by and the police are constantly over there. Its messy and they dont keep the property clean. Management is responsible for their tenants.

Literally the worst company I’ve rented from. Unprofessional customer service. Maintenance work orders aren’t done properly and the managers/receptionists are RUDE. Cathy Smith really answered my complaint with “we’re tired of hearing this.. WE HEAR THIS ALL DAY AND WERE ANNOYED.” It was literally my first time calling about this issue with a neighbor and she literally didn’t let me get a word in. She talked over me and just gave me attitude from the beginning.

I rented a property form them in July 2017. $1700 for a unit worth about $900 -$1000 is stretching it. I payed a plumber 6 times, had a issue with spiders and mold. I was charged the first day of moving in because kitchen sink was clogged. I wont say anything bad about the company as a whole but Employees need to be trained on sensitivity training. Thank God keep my text messages and receipts. I really dont think some of the Owners would approve of the certain issues are being handled. I never even signed a new lease.

I have the pleasure of working with this awesome team out of the Figueroa office. We have multiple properties with them which could be challenging but they make it work so smoothly & support us all along the way! Myrdle & Cristina are always providing us with the best service, quickly & efficiently. Thank you Ocean for all you do !!

Love this company, great customer service. They help me get into a unit fast since I was running out of time. The girls in the office always smiling 😊

Ive been a tenant with this company for almost 3 years, and any problem Ive had has been addressed promptly and courteously. The ladies in the main office, Cristina, Myrdle, and Flor always greet me with a smile and always call me by my name, which proves that they care enough about their tenants to remember the small details. They are always polite and very helpful.

They are my landlords very efficient

I have rented 3 units from this company and took good care of there units, let’s factor in how quick the units are threw up too fast but I was fine with it, if I was calling for Matience it was due to the plumbing. ALL these years down the line there telling me I owe 3,000 that’s so unbelievable, I wouldn’t have ever been so comfortable to go back there if I even felt like I owed that type of money so yes that really floored me, the pipes were messed up in that unit and there was a flood from my bathroom to the kitchen and I get held responsible WoW

These people are the worst. They will give you the run around and dont do as promised. Go to another properly management. Please dont be deceived by this shady company ocean property inc.

Apparently everyone’s hung over from 4th of July and no one wants to show properties. They have 33 available properties in the inner city and I was told that I’d be able to see some 7/5. The women in the office keep saying they will can me back after they get ahold of the agent and in 7hrs and multiple phone calls to them for an update no one has returned a single call or given me any solution. One of the customer reps Cristina, texted me a listing to to pick the places I wanted to view and she’s not responding to my texts to view the selected properties. They’ve wasted my whole day instead of being honest and professional. If this is the customer service they are providing to the community, they shouldn’t be allowed to monopolize the R2 zones.

Should treat real tenants fair and not go based off color I have been harassed for everything.water problems parking problems I never got to park in my spot sense I moved here but my neighbors have extra people living their like 4 extra families with cars I reported it nothing happened now the neighbors said I had a dog witch I come from living in an house I didnt know pets was not allowed here you cant use your water hose or use water outside so your yard stinks their cleaners barley clean our properties..why do their owners Target low income families with hiking the rent every year its just so sad feels like prison I dont even have company because I know they will lie and say the parking is because of me
