I had a bad experience with this company. They are not professional and lack experience and knowledge. I was interested because of their low fees but it just turned out to be low quality. I had cancelled my contract with them and went somewhere else.

When my job took me to England for 3 years, Sergei and his team managed the rental of our condo. I was very happy with his services. He promptly returned emails, and didnt bother me with the minor inexpensive repairs and handyman calls. He gave guidance on suggested rent, and worked very quickly finding us a tenet. We were very happy with his services, and will use him again!

Supreme Real Estate managed my property for a little under a year and I was very happy with their services. They were responsive, efficient, and I never heard one complaint from my tenant. They sent an accurate and detailed statement every month listing any deductions for repairs and sent my rental remainder on time via direct deposit.Their rates are very fair and competitive in the LA property management market. Would use again, highly recommended!

I just wanted to compliment Supreme Real Estate and their staff. They are doing a very good job managing my fourplex in Los Angeles. I was afraid that I will see some bogus repairs as I heard that property management companies make money on repairs. Not the case with them. They provide before and after photos which is awesome in my opinion. In addition, they respond to me very quick. Customer service is excellent. Overall 5 stars. Thank you for doing a god job!

Supreme Real Estate helped us sell our condo recently. In our experience, we found that they are a straight-forward company who honor their responsibilities and take pride in providing good service. We worked directly with Irina Crismaru who worked very well with all parties involved. She was professional, friendly, and put our interests at the forefront. She made it a no-fuss, no-drama transaction. And that was very needed and appreciated! Our agent also cares about the planet, giving a donation to a charity of our choice, after we closed escrow. We would call them again for the sale or purchase of a home.

Maybe other people will have a better experience with this company, but I certainly did not. I own a triplex and I contacted Supreme Real Estate to help manage it. After the property management agreement was signed and keys were handed over to them, Sergei emailed to cancel the agreement. It was just bad business.

Great property management company! I signed up with them about 3 month ago and they did a great job for me. My property had an LAHD inspection and they listed so many repairs to be done. Supreme Real Estate got 3 estimates for the job for me to pick. All repairs were done on time. The communication with Supreme is good too! I would suggest them to anyone. Thank you!

I have been using supreme real estate for several years now and they are wonderful. Since I live several states away they handle all the details for me. They are easy to work with and handle things in a timely manner.

We were forced to sell our Los Angeles home due to financial reasons, and we were really worried if Supreme could negotiate the sale with the bank. We had 2 loans on the property. Well, Supreme Real Estate found an investor right away and negotiated the short sale in 2 months. Downsizing always sucks, but at least theres a silver lining in this case. Turned out that they also do property management in Los Angeles. They offered us a very nice home that we could move in to right away even with the short sale record on our credit report. Sergei and team at Supreme Real Estate are so much better than my last property management group. They were overcharging me for maintenance and then I found out that the plumber he was using was his brother-in-law! I am getting 1-2 estimates on every job with Supreme Real Estate. They actually let me talk to both contractors. I couldn’t do that with my previous property management company.

I just moved in into one of their apartments in Los Angeles. They asked me to rate the experience. No too bad. Apartment needed some small repairs and they fixed it right away. The only issue I had with this property management company is the paperwork. I felt like I was signing my life away. You guys need to cut down on the paperwork and relax. The tenant sdont have the money to go to court anyway
