Lucas is my friend and leasing manager at Tripalink. Not only does he recommend me good apartments, he also helps me with other issues in LA. Largely because of him, its my second time to resume my contract with the company. Tripalink is a company with enthusiastic and diligent workers who wish to provide the best service to their customers. Maintainances and other services are improving, Ive witnessed changes since I moved in .

I moved in Hana Apartment managed by Tripalink 2 month ago, the apartment is brand new and the staff here is very friendly. This building is very special with many very large layouts, it is usually very hard to get a big unit at Ktown and DTLA. The location is perfect and close to all the k restaurants in the area. I was worrying about the maintenance before I moved in because I was looking at the review for this company and found out there are several bad reviewing stating the low maintenance and repair speed, however, the only time I submit an work order, it gets resolved within 1 day. I am very happy living here right now!

I was introduced to Vicky and she helped me find the perfect place. She’s very calm and answered every question I have. The process was so smooth and easily I feel like everything just happened overnight. I really appreciate your help and if anyone is considering living at a Tripalink apt I highly recommend it because the whole move in process is so easy. The leasing agent Elsa is very nice. In the early stage, another agent helped me to look for a house, but in the end, I did not find what I want. After analyzing my budget and housing requirements, Elsa really found a house that is near the safe area (I can enjoy USC taxi discount), the price is within the budget and the house is clean. It was cleaned every week, and the kitchen furniture was replaced with new furniture when WE first moved in! Elsa chose a house that really loved; Once because the door lock battery did not go into, little sister is coming off work time still rushed to help me open the door! Super nice guy!

I have been living at Tripalink for almost a year. And I really like the vibe and customer service here. When Elsa first reached out to me about housing options, I feel she is professional and understand my needs. She responses fast, even in late nights. And big shout out to their property manager Nick. He is very helpful and responsive, even on weekends and holidays. Work orders can be solved in the same day.

Great building management, great views, safe area. Grounds are always well kept. Older with less amenities than the newer places, but I appreciate the Tripalink West LA team, Property management is always available and very responsive. Limited parking and no in-house washer dryer, but its definitely home to me.

Tripalink has quite a few housing choices near USC and most of them are within walking distance to campus (plus they also have shuttle bus running between home and school!) Im living at a 4b4b with my friends but I heard from my leasing agent Elsa that they also have bigger houses. So if you ever want to live with your own group of BFFs this is the right place to go!

I live with Tripalink from last year Nov in the brand new apartment on Kenmore Ave. It is really nice with modern interior design and bright lightening for all rooms. Also, I submitted the maintenance requests twice and the professional technician Henry replied and helped to fix the broken hangers and lockers in a timely manner. Besides, its really chill sitting next to the window during sunset!In addition, the block is quiet and the location is so convenient to get all the delicious food in Koreatown. I renewed my lease at the beginning of the year due to the fantastic living experience!

It’s really hard to find inexpensive housing in West LA but I’m so grateful that I found Tripalink! Their West LA properties are really pretty for a good price. They have the amenities that I need, and the property management team is very professional. They take care of all my needs and communicating with them is super easy. You can tell they’re dedicated to their job and making sure all their tenants are happy. I literally just had to put on my own beddings and it’s ready to take a rest.

I find it necessary to write a review because I cannot express enough gratitude for Tripalink Apartments. Since moving here in 7/2020, this place has lived up to the initial standards upon my move in. Beginning with Jems, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Any question I have ever had, he has always been there to answer with a smile. I have never experienced that in the past from previous rentals. The property is always groomed and manicured beautifully. I am so blessed to be surrounded by a lot of wonderful neighbors. Never a problem. I am going to live here as long as possible. They are offering free public area cleanning and responsive property management which are super convenient to the students who just came to US. I know they have leasing available in West LA, Irvine and K town as well.

Living near USC even though classes are online has been super easy and efficient with Tripalink. They offered me an option to virtually tour my apartment before moving in with my group of friends, so it was a very quick and safe process. The apartment is fully furnished, and I have my own private room/bathroom. The desk is really helpful for online classes and I love the shuttle bus since I don’t have a car on campus. The proximity of my apartment to the USC village and other local restaurants is super convenient. I have nothing bad to say about Tripalink!

I would not recommend renting from Tripalink. The customer service was completely unorganized and unprofessional. I requested to renew my lease before the deadline Tripalink had provided and they went ahead and rented out my unit before then. Tried working with them to secure another unit but after each request, they would forget to even respond back. After the move out, they withheld excessive cleaning fees they were not entitled too. Overall a terrible experience.

I’ve been a Tripalink resident since last August, and I take issue with management’s lack of care in responding to their tenants’ concerns. I live in Tripalink’s largest community living house, and it’s shocking how little they respond to our requests. Our back door does not close properly, and after many requests to Tripalink, their answer was to email everyone saying to “close the door” after they enter the house. We have had a homeless person enter our house once, and not even that convinced Tripalink to fix the door. We also have a water dispenser that comes with our fridge that hasn’t been dispensing water for *months* and we still haven’t had that fixed.If you work at Tripalink and are reading this, please, please, please answer your phones and our emails. The only reason I re-signed this year was because of the location and the people I live with, and has *nothing* to do with my satisfaction of Tripalink as a property management service.

Not sure if 3 stars is deserved but we shall see.. I’m hoping so. It’s slim pickings finding decent, affordable student housing in LA. After tons of research I came back to Tripalink for my daughters first apartment because of the all inclusive aspect. Super unprofessional & scattered from the get go. My 19 year olds inquiries in the beginning were ignored constantly until I stepped in. Ridiculous. Non communicative, I’ve had to drag information from them constantly. My daughter and her friend filled half the apartment.. when we realized the WiFi doesn’t even reach her bedroom, I reached out to have it addressed ~ I was basically told to F off and deal. It’s a pandemic & her classes are once again going online for fall semester. Totally nuts. The location however is great, building is secure and seems well kept. I’m really hoping it all takes a turn for the better. The agents are super young, seemingly inexperienced in the real estate field (I’m in real estate) and really could care less.. it’s a day job for them, there’s obviously no investment in quality care. Don’t be fooled by the pictures used. The place is surrounded by homeless people and garbage. There is no “high tech” security, no cushion and there’s are rats who will be hanging out on your patio. The furniture that they provide is basically a mattress and a couch. The mattress is so bad that even the best mattress pad won’t help you.

If I could give this a zero I would. They promised to give my son his $1200.00 deposit back. My husband called them over 14 days ago (when it was past due by 14 days as promised from the first call) Second call- the check was on Fabiens dest and he was going to mail it when they got of the phone. We live 12 miles away. Eight days later, I called (3rd call) and he said hum I put it inthe mail. Four days ago he said he would overnight it. When I told him yesterday that it wasnt here he said hum, thats strange he was very sure that it would arrive today. If you want to have games played with you and your money--this is the place.

I moved in two weeks ago and its been an absolute nightmare ever since. The floorboards are cracked and coming away from the walls, the dryer has been broken since before I moved in, and the common areas both inside and out are covered in trash, gnats, and flies. When I arrived, everything was covered in hair and grime and my room/bathroom had obviously not been cleaned between tenants. The promised maid service has not arrived since Ive been here, and the office gave me the incorrect keys on move-in and insisted that I must be in the wrong because those were the keys that had at the office. This leads me to the assumption that a former tenant still has their keys, and Tripalink will do nothing to prevent this obvious security concern. In addition, when the property manager came to help me get into the house, he ignored me in favor of speaking to my roommate entirely in Chinese despite being fluent in English as well. I was the one who called for help, and yet I was left in the dark and had to be caught up by the roommate I had just met.Beyond that, the pictures listed on their website are stock photos of a completely different property that doesnt even have the same counters or walls. I believe the pictures are those of our next door neighbors house. My bedroom door was broken when I moved in and I had a maintenance worker arrive, realize he didnt have any tools, and said hed return tomorrow only to never be seen again. This was over a week ago. One positive is that they do have the wifi set up, which I know because the wires cross all over our staircase, causing me to nearly trip often. The a/c barely works, and will often be set on 70 yet only be cooling to 80. All of these problems have been reported on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and yet, when I receive the rare response, they dont want to do anything.All of this for $1398 a month. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LYING, SCAMMING COMPANY.

I moved in at the beginning of 2020 and I renewed my lease until the end of this July. The renting process was so easy. My leasing agent even checked in on me to see how I like my room a few days after my move in and recommended a few restaurants nearby. After moving in, the rent payment and other stuff can all be done online, which is very convenient. I never missed paying the rent on time that way. I had really bad experience with other apartments which need me to pay late fee and the rent in cashier check/money order when I failed to pay the rent online just once for some reasons. I think this really makes me value Tripalink’s experience more.

I was supposed to move in last Tuesday, but when I came to the apartment, the kitchen wasnt even done. My roommate complained to Tripalink about our kitchen not being done (mind you there was a mess all over the floor as well). They promised that it would be done by Wednesday/Thursday but when I arrived Thursday to the apartment, it was yet to be fixed. When I came back Friday, the kitchen finally had a sink and a stove, but unfortunately it was still not done. The kitchen was missing a socket, leaving just a whole in the wall, and the sink had two holes either side of the faucet. Upon further inspection of the apartment, I came to realize that my room as well as my roommates room had many defects! Paint was peeling from the walls. Doors dont properly close, there is hair all over the mattress, which at least couldve been cleaned. On top of that, it seems like the people who set up the apartment did not care about being careful due to the fact that there are a lot of scrapes around the apartment. I have requested on Friday that someone come in today, but basing it off of my friends past experience with Tripalink, I doubt they will be coming. My roommates have yet to move in due to the fact that the apartment is no where ready to be moved in. I am the only one who has moved in, but I have yet to fully move in for fear that I will be blamed for all the defects that are around the apartment, especially in my room. If you are looking to move into Tripalink, I would not recommend! I should have listened to my friends warning the bad customer service as well as how much of a bad corporation Tripalink is!

They will keep your entire security deposit and sign someone else to your lease before you resign. They also never responded to any maintenance requests. The property manager also never responded to any messages after I moved in. Terrible management, 0/5 would not recommend. They probably write their own reviews too.

They do not deserve even these two stars, I have just rated two for the apartments. They are really slow and cannot start an application. I have sent all the things they have asked for and there is not any answer back for 4 days. If they are this slow and reckless in application process, what will they do after signing the lease in case of any problem? I have been living in one of tripalinks USC properties for almost a year now for my graduate program, and Ill be moving out soon since I graduated this summer, and I will move back to Chicago. The pandemic has made the past year rough, but I cant complain about the living experience on this property. My roommates are AMAZING, and honestly, the free cleaning services they offered were so helpful when we got caught up in work. Would definitely RECOMMEND this place if you are looking for a fantastic school year!

I liked the apartment for all of the commodities (washer AND dryer in-unit), how airy and spacious it was, and that we each got our own bedroom/bathroom. It seemed safe and it was right next to the campus, where I took my classes, which was awesome. I also liked the little cafes in the area. The only thing I didnt like was that a lot of people threw parties and it was loud occasionally.

Ive recently renewed my lease at Tripalink in LA. Management is respectful and helpful. Ive only had one issue with my room that needed repair and once I submitted the online request, maintenance was quite fast. Tripalink offers cleaning service for the common area so I don’t have issues sharing the living room with other roommates (who are very nice). I like the in-unit laundry and that everyone has a private bedroom. My only complaint is that sometimes I can hear helicopters flying outside, which is very annoying, but this is common living near USC, so I will give an overall 4 star.

So I always lived in the USC area. I had bad housing experiences with other management companies: slowest maintenance request process, locked out and no one opened the door for me, shared washer and dryer in the backyard. So I decided to move into one of Tripalink properties. Finally I got the in unit washer and dryer I need! Clean furnished room. And I don’t need to worry about paying utilities every month (cause Tripalink got you COVERED! ) The one thing I would like to improve from the whole experience is my roommates to clean the common areas more often. I mean I love them, just want them to be more organized.

****BEWARE**** DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE AGREEMENT with this company and if you do, make sure the beginning and ending lease dates are for full months and not somewhere in the mid-month because they DO NOT PRO-RATE your monthly rent if your lease begins or ends in the mid-month! Their leasing agreements are very deceiving and they never live upto their promises!! Basically white-collar real-estate thieves who likes eating up free-money from hard-working tenants by putting filthy terms on the lease agreements. And even living here is not some of the very best experiences I had as their apartment buildings are very poorly constructed. Leaky pipes, cracks on walls during earthquakes, no parking facility, poor wifi connections, in-appropriate mailbox system and missing packages are some of the most common drawbacks of living in this place.

If I could, I would give a negative star for the service after signing the lease. They claimed they had 2 parking space for an apartment. However, AFTER SIGNING THE LEASE, they assigned it to other people WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. They said they would remove the furniture BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE, they havent done anything AFTER SIGNING. They are very misleading on information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

DO NOT use Tripalink, DO NOT find ***Freddie*** as an agent, the comments they have right now are mostly their staff. They have problem with the contracts and the right is not on your side at all. Even if you come in and being told you are shared a bathroom with another person, they can assign more people to share that bathroom and Freddie was really rude. By contract, Tripalink must tell tenants before 24hrs with new Tenant moving in, but Freddie didnt. When I ask, he was like why he should tell us. It was really disrespectful and he treats tenants like people in a camp. Also when we move in, he guarantees we are assigned parking spaces for free. Now, they are asking us to share money since he rents to too many people, no parking space. Truly DO NOT USE Tripalink for your own sake.

I am a current Tripalink resident living in one of their larger properties near campus. Our door opens with a code, which apparently hasnt changed since the last tenants moved out. We have had previous tenants attempt to enter the house in the past. Several of our housemates have spoken to Arturo Juarez and he has not yet moved to change our code in over a month.This is a clear security issue, and one which Tripalink chooses to ignore. Today, one of my housemates caught some kids trying to get into the house, and was thankfully there to spook them off. This will happen again, and I feel the only way to resolve this issue is to bring it to a public forum.

Best housing experience I’ve had. The staff is really personable and attentive. They make sure to address any questions you may have. The units are beautiful and clean and check in is a breeze. The property management team is on point, super friendly, and helpful.

Dont tell me to reach out, I email tripalink nearly every day just to be ignored. I want my roommate evicted or his security deposit taken. Also, the other roommate decided to have his girlfriend move in full time?If you want to live in a dorm, yeah. If you want to not have maintenance requests filled, yes. If you like but metal doors slamming next to your window this place is great. They somehow refuse to get a soft closer. Their maintenance people are college kids who get no info about the job theyre being sent on.Also, they asked if I wanted to renew but said my room had already been rented for the next semester so Id have to move units. How is that even legal? Not all units cost the same! When I got this place, I was originally supposed to have another building but they said oh we didnt know the guy who was already there was stayingYour gate wont close properly. Theres crime all around USC, like everywhere. Its the cusp of bloods and crips. Get the citizen app and dont go out at night ladies.Tripalink says they have security and are within USCs security patrol area but not necessarily.Dont move here if you dont like smoke. Your lease will say its a smoke free building, but they wont enforce it. So if you like to smoke weed, cigarettes etc and bother others with it, this place is for you. You get less than you pay for. Also, half the stuff isnt up to code, and would probably not do well in an earthquake. They cant even keep the letters on their signs straight.

I just have to say i was a bit worried moving to LA by myself from Mexico and i was having a hard time finding a good co-living company but when i found Tripalink i decided to give them a chance and i have to say i don’t regret it, at first i was a little anxious about living with other people in the same unit but it turned out to be really nice because we all get along super well and the space is really nice and comfortable and plus they offer a weekly cleaning service which is awesome and the whole staff seems to be really nice and good communication as well, they take care of any issue you have really fast.Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I moved to one of Tripalinks properties early last year and so far we enjoy living here. My favorite part is the spacious kitchen which allows us to cook together. They are pretty responsive on maintenance requests and we have renewed our lease with Tripalink already.

Stay away ☠☠☠Houses r very cheap. After rent a house no one will care you. I m in 2nd floor I can hear upstair steeps and downstair. There is no privacy. Some of the my roommates after 11p.m. doing party mostly up to 1-2a.m. I talked with them but still party going on and company also dont even try solve ur problem. when you are trying make contact with property manager he is being in meeting. I left my phone phone number maybe he can call me back. Never got phone call. Going office also doesnt solve ur problem. Only wasting ur time. You be by yourself. Find normal house if u wanna live in peace and save time)

It’s a nice place to live near campus and it’s affordable compared to other apartments, but parking is an issue for me as there is not enough parking space and I have to park on the street, so I renewed the lease at another property of Tripalink and paid for the gated parking. But based on my current place, I will give a 3 star.

Their response is very timely, generally within 24 hours. I had lived in other apartments around USC and Tripalinks response speed is relatively the fastest. And they often have some activities, discounts, and gifts. Living here is fortunate enough to make many friends. In general, there must be some shortcomings, but Tripalink is the apartment that has made me feel happy and at ease in recent years.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. My car was stolen from the property. I stayed at The castle property in Los Angeles. I paid for Onsite parking, yet the property management allowed for the gate to the parking structure to stay open for two day’s while they worked on their housing inspections. To make matters worse, when I requested for camera footage during the time my car was stolen, I was advised by the property manager that the cameras were disabled.Also my car was stolen on the day we were expected to move out, July 31st lease end day. I was expected to drive home to Vegas with my belongings. I let the property manager know this, yet they yelled at me and told me I need to find somewhere to go. I let them know that I did not have many friends or family in the area and begged and cried to have two hours til my friend was off work to help me. The area we stayed was dangerous, dirty, and many thieves lived the area. The manager, Sean yelled at me profusely and stated that’s not their problem and that I need to go out onto the street and wait. This is during the height of the Corona Virus pandemic and a hot summer.Please keep in mind, throughout our entire stay the hot water, and coolers were constantly breaking down. They also have an ant issue . Our apartment was spotless and disinfected ( because we cleaned it) yet ants still showed up. Also there was always trash on the ground outside the apartment complex. There was always trash everywhere. If you must stay in any of their properties, and you have a car I recommend getting a car cover and a camera on your car. I also recommend finding a different place to stay all together. There are many other companies like Tripalink yet have more compassion, and organization.Lastly, please keep in mind this occurred during the pandemic, and in the midst of summer 2020.

Tripalink has a great location, very close to campus, and it has a lot of great amenities. However, its a little expensive and management isnt that responsive to resident needs after their office hours.
