Had a relaxing and beautiful experience at the salon today. The technicians are very skilled and friendly, and the service and amenities were beautiful. I love the design of the space in addition to the beautiful plants and relaxing music. I had a really great experience, and I left with a PERFECT manicure. Definitely will be coming back to see these lovely ladies.

My go-to spot for a mani pedi. Lasts forever, and they always remember my preferred shape. A little on the pricey side but easily worth the cost. You pay for the quality you get. I wont go anywhere else!

The new Owner and Mr. Lee have very poor customer services. I went there on 8/9/2019 which was on Friday. I waited for about 20min before someone attended to me. Also, the nail technician that did my feet and nails cut my big toe. I did not get upset with her, she did not say that she was sorry. I request the B-package. Mr. Lee told me that the technician took too long with me and his boss is going to fired her, the technician. When I was leaving, Mr. Lee was arguing with me that she took too long, like this should be my concern. I have been at this entablement for years when it was owned by Nene. The service that the new Owner wants to provide is to wash your hands and feet put some polish on it and take your money. I will NEVER EVER! return. There ARE too many Nail Salon in LA, they will never get my money again. This is my take and if you think they are not talking about their customer’s you better think again! The picture is what I think Mr. Lee and the owner are Nasty people!

Very professional customer service, respectful, genuine people. I love how the ladies took their time on my feet, and nails. I did not feel my service was rushed at all during the process. This was my first time here on July 23, 2016 and Im glad I was satisfied and had given this nailshop a shot. I will be making this my permanent nailshop, and will be coming in today for another apointment. Thank you nene for doing an excellent job on my gel nails and to the other professional who did an excellent job on my feet ( unsure what her name is @ the moment, but Ill post her name momentarily)!!

I went there because of the 4.6 rating to get an acrylic fill and an overlay on 2 of my nails. The acrylic came off on two of my nails the same day. This was my first and last visit.
