They scraped the floor of my trailer really bad I won’t return to load there again. You gotta park on the side of the street and check in. Place is real small and the backing is tight so take your time. No commercial truck parking signs everywhere. Took 2 hours to load.

If I could I would give them less than -10⭐. They got the wrong UN# on a 1.4 explosive BOL. They are very careless with their freight. Not trustworthy. Very bad service...make sure you check your paperwork🤨

At first Make sure dont drive to stop sign. Guardshack will ask you make Uturn and to park on side of the road. They will call you after you In order to give you door and they will call again for pick up your loaded trailer. Nice people work here. Very fast loading.

Slow slow slow loading time. No Parking. Park on the street on ur own risk

They do not have parking for truck.You have to park on the street and walk in to register.when they call you you have to leave the trailer and go back to the street to wait.If you pick up loads to unload in Lowe’s Poinciana,Fl where you need to drop the trailer from 48 to 72 hours they will unload it after 7 or 8 days,use your trailer as storage.

Real SMALL and tight! have too look for parking out on a tight street with NO PARKING signs everywhere will see how long they take?? They should let the brokers know ahead of time with instructions in how to check in. PARK ON THE STREET BEFORE ENTERING TO CHECK IN. once you go in before checking in hell to get out.

Was a broker load picked up by wfx,we(wfx) tried to contact broker no response, spoke to Ruben on the dock and was told all three pu# where bad sat from noon till well still sitting here,just really bad communication from broker to shipper!!!

These guy are joke they don’t have any parking you gotta look for parking on street where the sign all over say no parking anytime and make sure you have food and drink enough with you because . clock ⏰ gonna go crazy on you . They don’t care about any of driver time or your log book just have another sleep 😴 of 10 over here.
